The location is good but the overall experience especially with respect to the cleanliness, maintenance and amenities provided are pathetic. The only charm is location.

1) location of property is good but parking facilities are chargeable as hotel do not own parking. 2) good was poor - it seems like stale. 3) facility was poor- room 432 is not ready. Room accessories are not kept in the room. We need to ask each thing through intercom like tea kettle, hand wash soap, tooth brush, tooth paste, bath soap etc.

The room size was good however it was stinky. The washroom was untidy. Hotel staff was cordial and co-operative. Overall an average stay.

This hotel is asleep! It seems like the glorious days are behind it. BUT the location itself in sector 17 near the Capital City Coplex and Rock Garden is perfect. Everything is worn out at the hotel and it is not clean. The bathroom barely worked, and the minibar was gross. But we slept well and most of the staff is friendly. The Indian food from their restaurant is good.
