3 cabins come in this booking! Our cabins have four separate units with separate entrances. Our cabins are perfect for large family or large group getaways. Altogether we have 7 bedrooms/5 bathrooms/1 king bed/3 queen beds/2 queen sofa beds/1 full sofa bed/6 twin beds/1 twin sofa bed - sleeps 20-21. No pets - sorry!Our 2 acre property has lots of outdoor spaces to enjoy the beautiful Greer weather and views. Our cabin on the lower acre has 2 patios with stunning views of our private pond and the mountains around Greer. Our pond is naturally spring-fed and we are the first pond of many that the spring feeds. It is approximately 90' x 40' and about 3' deep in the middle. Our kids love to catch crawdads and minnows in the pond. We enjoy that they are occupied, and we can get quiet time while enjoying the views. The cabin on the upper acre has a large deck overlooking our fully fenced grass yard. Wake up early in the morning and sit out on the deck with a cup of coffee to see the elk and deer "mowing our lawn."The upstairs unit of the cabin by the pond is ~800 square feet, has a full kitchen, laundry closet (bring your own laundry detergent), a room with a queen bed, a room with twin bunk beds, a queen sleeper sofa, a full bathroom, a large living room with amazing views of Greer, a dining table for 6, bar seating for 3, a large couch, blazing fast Starlink wifi, a large flat screen TV with Roku and hundreds of DVDs. Sleeps 6.The downstairs unit of the cabin by the pond is ~600 square feet, has a room with a queen bed, a room with two twin beds, queen sleeper sofa, 3/4 bathroom (shower - no bathtub), kitchenette (mini-fridge, microwave, and sink), a living room with a couch, chairs, blazing fast Starlink wifi, a large flat screen TV with Roku and DVDs. Front deck opens to the heart of Greer, close to dining, fishing and hiking trails. Full kitchen and gas fireplace, barbecue in the side yard area. Satellite TV in the living area and high speed internet with free WiFi. Three ponds within walking distance and Greer lakes within 5 miles.In summer, Greer is an escape from high temperatures. Wildflowers sprout in alpine meadows alive with native wildlife including antelope, deer, and elk. Autumn means burnished leaves and crisp temperatures. Snow transforms the town to a Winter wonderland in the Winter. Recreational opportunities abound in every season. The clear waters of the Little Colorado River run right through town and three lakes offer sport fishing for trout. There’s also hiking, hunting, horseback riding, and skiing.Greer is a small town with small town charm. Greer's atmosphere is quaint and peaceful. Enjoy lunch, dinner or a peaceful night cap at the famous Molly Butler Lodge. Breakfast and lunch at the Rendezvous Diner is a must and is within walking distance from your door. Come enjoy the Coues Cabin that is nestled in the tall pines of Alpine, Arizona. This beautiful cozy, one-of-a- kind cabin may be small but has so much to offer for guests. The back deck is great for games, family meals or just enjoying the cool weather, either way you won't be disappointed. The Cabin:Sitting on 1 acre with full views of the meadow you will have full private access to this 1 bedroom plus loft that comfortably sleeps 8 but can fit up to 10 people. The Coues Cabin has one master bedroom with a queen bed, a loft with 2 full size beds and futon, additional sleeping is also offered downstairs on the living room sofa bed. There is one primary bathroom with a full bathtub/shower and a 1/2 bath located upstairs. There is a tv located in each sleeping area and the living space to add to your entertainment, the Wi-Fi password will be provided upon check in. The Area:Don't forget your hiking boots, fishing poles, boats, side by sides and snowboards as Alpine is one of the most beautiful places to explore in Arizona. We are only a couple miles away from the best local restaurants, bars and stores to give your trip the convenience you desire. If being outdoors is your thing, we are located 5 minutes from Luna Lake or 25 min from Big Lake where you can enjoy some fishing and a nice picnic. Want to take your adventures a little further, we are less than an hour away from Sunrise Ski Resort or an hour and 15 minutes from the White Mountain Family Fun Park.
