"It is a small & cozy hotel. Breakfast is good. All the staff are friendly & helpful. However the pool & gym are a bit small. The location is within a residential area, going to the CBD by Grab is only a few minutes. Walking to the Cikini station is 5-10 mins, with some restaurants & coffee shops nearby."

"Really a beautiful and luxury hotel, nice lobby, room and environment. Very clean and comfortable. The bed is so big, luxury, comfortable, soft, like sleeping on the cloud. Wifi is also available and fast. The bathroom is really clean and spacious. Staff were friendly they will greet you warmly. The checkin process wqs qlso smooth. On the other side, the air-conditioner is too cold but luckily can be turned off. Lack of complimentary for a pricey hotel. Not even snacks or drinks. The deposit is too high which 2 million IDR for 2 nights (1 million per night). Recommended to pay in cash for fully and fast refund after checkout. Read somewhere using card can be charged. The breakfast is way too far from expectation for a luxury hotel. It doesn’t taste good, the pastry is too dry, the chili oil for dimsum is too bitter, other foods are also taste ordinary and some are dry. The variety is not really interesting. Not really have expensive and wow taste neither. Have two day breakfast and did not even bother to repeat on the second day. Tips i have read from other review, make sure you enter 2 adults during booking because if it stated only 1 adult even you paid for two person price, they will only let 1 person to have breakfast. Other are just make sure you are really a behave client who knows how to take care of the room and dress nicely (no slipper and wet) because this hotel is for rich and ViP people. Otherwise you’ll be treated less."

"Amazing venue and services! Everyone was very nice and helpful. The breakfast was very good and rich. Fully recommend going to KITA restaurant, a very high quality Japanese food. Super informative reception, willing to help with other recommendations as well. The room was amazing, especially the suites. A great value for money!"

"We took the family king room which is to accomodate 3 adults. Check in time was 3pm, we arrived at 3.45pm but was told the room was not ready. However the staff at the check in counter gave us a temporary room (king deluxe room)to rest while we wait for our room to be ready. At 5pm they call saying the room was ready and we will be transfered to the our room. After we moved, we went out for dinner. At 10pm we went back to our room and realized that the sofabed was not ready and no pillow or blanket for the third adult to sleep. I call the guest service, and they came to set up. But i dont know what happened, they said the sofabed was broken so it cannot be set up. They will bring in an extra bed instead. The extra bed made the room less space to move around. I booked the room with sofabed is because i prefer to close it in day time so i have much space to roam around the room. That night also, i called the engineering team to repair the shower head holder. Because it seems not to hold the shower head properly which makes it difficult to use. They came an fixed it. But the next day, it became broken loose again. I gave up and just let it be. I dont expect this kind of room facilities from grand hyatt a five star hotel in Jakarta. Please maintain your rooms better. The staffs are all very helpful and friendly. I appreciate and extremely happy for that."

"We stayed 2 nights in the Horizon Club room. Excellent customer service, attentive to guests needs, quality toiletry items, comfortable room, enjoyable club lounge experience with tasty food, options, drinks, and friendly staff. Good fitness centre. Nice big garden with extensive pool."

"Very pleasure stay at MO. Stayed here for 5 nights. They did house keeping twice a day to ensure the tidiness of the room. Life guard at the swimming pool is super friendly for our kids. As our kids came to swim almost everyday during our stay. Breakfast is amazing. It worth every dollars"

"The hotel’s location is excellent. Conveniently connected by an underground walkway. Service was great as well. I was expecting a parcel to arrive before check-in, and Anggara kindly assured me he would receive it on my behalf. The room was spacious and comfortable too. "I enjoyed my stay very much. Bed was comfortable, staff friendly and excellent breakfast. One thing I did not like is customers smoking during the breakfast. The hotel needs to put smokers in one part of the hall while a non-smoking section needs to be in another section. Not everyone likes to be subjected to second-hand smoke. Thank you."
