"The hotel is really close to Plaza Mall, Grand Mall, Thamrin Mall, and Tanah Abang, super convenient for shopping and exploring the city. The room is comfortable, beautiful, spacious, and very clean. The staff are friendly, professional, and their service is truly impressive and satisfying. They even provide a scale for weighing luggage, so you don’t have to unpack again at the airport — such a thoughtful touch! Breakfast was delicious with many options, and the overall atmosphere felt cozy and relaxing. Definitely worth the stay — I’d love to come back again!"

"The room was average, but the swimming pool was great with three pools, including a semi-indoor one. Check-in was disappointing—both rooms I booked weren’t ready, and we had to wait up to an hour. The bedroom carpet felt old and thin. On the bright side, breakfast was excellent with a changing variety of Indonesian dishes, and most staff were friendly."

"Came to Jakarta 2 Sept-5 Sept, just rightly after the rally ended. In Medan, the rally just begun though. So I purposely chose this hotel which is located at Tanah Abang, avoiding the busy Thamrin City or Grand Indonesia area (it is still along the road anyways) The room was huge, clean, the hospitality was 💯! It is very much closer to Tanah Abang (shopping place) and Blok M Square (viral food) and I literally walked to Tanah Abang (500m away). Plus point the hotel has the weight scale to weigh your luggage, but the food was mehhhh. Overall, loved my stay!"

"This was my first hotel in Jakarta and I’m so glad I booked it. The staff is so kind and accomodating, they really went above and beyond to meet my requests for an HDMI cord and room service. I got an executive room, and it was spacious, but I kind of expected it to be a little bigger for the price I paid. Their whirlpool and sauna are AMAZING and I definitely recommend anyone that’s visiting to try it. I had a lot of privacy while enjoying their amenities, but the staff made sure to give me the full experience anyway and attended to all my needs. I think there were ongoing renovations when I visited so booking via Grab was a little difficult. Booking their Main Lobby as the pinned location was way easier via Gojek— less cranky drivers that need to reroute this way."

"The front desk there has very good hospitality with warm greeting and smile. As well provide you and suggest you options and do not push you. Thumbs up for their front desk. we do not request for house keeping, and eventually they call and approach us to check if we need any amenities, which surprise us with their good service. The hotel has a layer of securities where they will check the car/taxi entering their premises, which make me feel safe. If you wish to buy some groceries , there are some mart out there which is walking distance, but pls do expect the road is not so proper to walk at the roadside as there are a lot of cars and motorcycles.. The room come with kitchen where we can do simple cooking (provided u have the groceries).. I will stay back the same hotel if I back to Jakarta again .."

"We had a pleasant 3-night stay at Ashley Tanah Abang. The service was friendly and attentive throughout, making us feel very welcome. The room was comfortable and clean, and overall the stay was smooth and enjoyable. Not to mention the free capsules for the in-room coffee machine was very interesting and we loved it. The breakfast spread was slightly repetitive, but the food quality was good, so no complaints there. Great location and value for money — would happily stay again!"

Breakfast had a wide variety of options. Plus, you can just take the elevator down and step directly into Thamrin City market."

"The hotel staff are excellent. Friendly and service orientated.   The facilities at the hotel is great. Good and varied F&B restaurants. The pool and garden on the 5floor excellent. Great place to relax and chill out. There are many other hotels in the area where the Grand Hyatt is located. The thing that stand out most for the Grand Hyatt is the excellent service and friendly staff. The Grand Hyatt is my first choice of hotel when I am in Jakarta."
