Excellent hospitality and service. Had a pleasant stay. Highly recommended for staying with family and children. I will especially mention the name Sanjay thakur who received the first entry at midnight. he is a very polite and respectful person.

Excellent location n it’s very near Karolbagh market, easy to move any where in the city,
Mr. Sanjay Thakur was helpful gentleman n very courteous n smiling person, he help’s a lot during our short trip,

The hotel room is spacious but the bathroom smells. Staff behaviour is very good. The worst part is the complementary breakfast. They give in the room only paratha and tea or bread omelette and tea. Overall the stay is average.

The hotel is too good but the service is extremely poor. Every-time i needed to remind them about towel, soap and water in room. Overall experience was good. The reception staff was too good and the room was neat and clean!
