I stayed for a night here at the end of a recent G Adventure. I have plenty of good things to say. It has a good location in Karol Bagh with a couple of nice bars directly outside. The room was comfortable and clean with plenty of space. The staff were friendly and efficient. So why only 3 stars? Because it was like a building site inside. To be fair, the renovations are only in the attempt to improve the place. But when I left my room I was stepping over builders materials and equipment, hardly relaxing after days and days on the road travelling India. That said, I'd happily stay here again if I'm back in Delhi as I'm sure it'll be in good shape by then.

All the staff is professional and friendly respecting in the same time your privacy. At the front desk, Surender and Jitender welcome you with a big smile, and helping you if needed in a perfect english, Pankajdas at room service and all the house keeping service will make sure that your stay will be smooth ane nice. A place like home in the heart of Karol Bagh and yet quiet at night time. And on top of it at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend

Good value. Just 40m to the non-tourist market and an excellent food stall. Okay breakfast with toast, French toast and spreads, bananas, and of course Indian options. You can change money at the desk for a good rate and the staff are friendly and helpful. I needed something printed out, and I was kindly escorted to a little shop that assisted me. Comfortable bed, good walk-in shower with hot water from early till 11am. Minibar and fridge stocked with water and soft drinks, beer can be ordered. Fair prices. I felt very safe here. Oh, and they have a very cute lift if u dont like stairs.

First of all thanks to staff members they all deal with us very politely and also in a good behavior. They are all good. My colleagues are also very happy. And bed room service is too much good. A class ac room and well neat and clean every facilities is provided by staff. After all food facilities and food quality is very good it was very delicious and fresh food. The staffs are super great, they always available for anything I need information about the city. The room no was 204, Very neat and clean like picture. We stayed for five nightsd during the Durga Puja and Dussehra break. This property has been our go to property whenever we visit Delhi. The lobby manager Mr. Jha was very hospitable and welcoming and so were the rest of the staff in housekeeping, room service, restaurant and security. We hope to visit again next year. I didnβt know what to expect out of hotels in Paharganj - we have got all sorts of them. I landed in this hotel through MakeMyTrip, and I was happily surprised. I booked two executive rooms for my family as we had a transit via NDLS. The location is excellent! Two minutes walk to the New Delhi railway station, and from there, we have an Airport line to easily connect to the terminals in less than 20 minutes of train ride. The hotel rooms are clean, the bathroom is shiny, the sheets are clean, and the AC is good. The room service staff was also prompt, and we didn't have any problems at all. It is a good value for money and highly recommended to those looking for a budget hotel in a location concerning the NDLS.

GGuest UserLocation is good. It's in middle of karol bagh market. Food is also good. Service is average. But the issue is with room service. Interior of the room is average. Wallpapers are toned, some of the switch boards are broken, sockets plugs are missing, boilers are not working and even sometimes landline phone doesn't work.
