"Service form the hotel was excellent. Ac was go trip on the early morning around 2am. As soon as the complaint was registered on the reception, service boy came and tried to start. He found it was tripped on overload he gave another room to sleep. Secondly the area was very congested and the parking was paid. When we rise the concern about adding the parking amount in the booking so that the discomfort of paying for parking by the guest can be avoided. The hotel manager consulted the management they returned the parking fee for me."

Upon arrival, we received welcome fruits and sweets. Also, when we returned to the hotel, they gave us plastic bottles and juice, which was very kind."

"The hotel is great! The location is convenient to the Red Fort. The staff is responsive. Everyone helped and advised. I highly recommend it. The only thing is that in this area of the Deli there are 2 hotels with the same name, and it is easy to get to the wrong one, so orient yourself by the address and not the name."

"We arrived at middle of night, the staff was so welcoming. They gave us a family suite but we booked a delux suite. They told us that they will change us tomorrow afternoon. So We went to the room and lie down after shower we saw some bugs running around the bed and on the ground. These bugs come from perished food and bad flesh. So we asked them to change our room and again they put us in a family suite and this time the wifi was so bad and the range had only 1 bar showing. And again we asked them to give the delux room and they changed us. The food is good and the location is not so bad, but i wouldn't be coming here again. "

MMAKSIM IZMAILOVGood place, great location, reasonable price for the room. We searched for a hotel for a long time, read many reviews. We were lucky to find this place. The administrators are very kind, and the staff is helpful! There is a restaurant on the territory of the hotel, the food is delicious, but the prices are a little high. We had breakfast included, and we always ordered masala tea - it is cooked wonderfully! The room has everything you need, but the flush in the toilet was not very strong. The sink was a little broken, but it served its purpose. The hotel also offers various excursions and tours to attractions and other cities. From the hotel it is convenient to get to all the attractions by Uber or tuk-tuk. Our stay was positive, thank you!

SSarah and EricWe had a great stay at the Zostel. From the moment of arrival, staff were kind and welcoming. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Ours was quite spacious. It’s in a great location near the New Delhi railway station, which is easily accessible to the airport and most attractions by metro.
Heads up: all power goes out in the room when you leave for the day, including the fridge in your room! We didn’t know and lost some food. 😕 Charge everything overnight and just plan to eat out.
Overall a good stay. We would return.

GGuest UserLocation is good. It's in middle of karol bagh market. Food is also good. Service is average. But the issue is with room service. Interior of the room is average. Wallpapers are toned, some of the switch boards are broken, sockets plugs are missing, boilers are not working and even sometimes landline phone doesn't work.

It was hard to find a 3 ⭐ property near jama masjid area as the area is very crowded.
This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel.
The behaviour of the staff was very friendly and very helpful.
The service provided was really good and would definitely refer others to this hotel.
The hotel has a very majestic view of Jama masjid especially at night.
The hotel has in house restaurant for food also however it is very very costly.
It's better to eat outside rather than paying so high at the in-house restaurant.
and special thanks to MMT because I was able to book the cheaper rate rather than directly booking from the hotel.
overall it was a awesome experience.

GGuest UserThere were bed bugs (khatmal) in my bed and it was a struggle to manage to sleep, taps of bathroom were leaking, the hotel lies on a congested street the sound of traffic was inside the room which was disturbing to take a good nap, i stayed in room no. 101, booked it for 2 days, sleeping on a bed full of bed bugs was threatning, irritating.

GGuest UserWe enjoyed our stay here . This is our second time here . The train station is just a few mins walk from here and you can get the aero city metro to the international airport , this aero city is link from the railway station , a bit of walking though .
There is a convenience store round the corner which we get our snacks and shampoo there too .
We also seek help from the hotel staff to get us a taxi to the airport and a car for a day trip to Taj Mahal but it was a long journey so please if you have time , stay one day at Agra .
I will stay here if I will ever come back to India 🇮🇳😊
