Room Condition was not up to the standard of 3 Star Hotel.Room was so Congested.Sweepage Issue was also there.Location is Good.

Rooms 204 and 405, which I inspected, were substandard. Despite a scheduled 12 p.m. check-in, access was not granted until after 1 p.m. Furthermore, the television was non-functional, and the Wi-Fi connectivity was unsatisfactory.

he staff displayed remarkable professionalism and friendliness, making me feel valued as a guest. The rooms were well-appointed, featuring comfortable bedding and excellent facilities. Housekeeping ensured the room was spotless and well-stocked throughout my stay. We are happy to visit delhi site seeing around delhi city, we happy to see the carol bagh market, the bed room is good, the room is good but only services very slow. I hope next time to be improve

I was so worried before visiting to karol bagh, the place is safe, staff is polite and the location is great. Nearby metro, silent from the chaos and the rooms are so good from nearby hotels. Just loved it
