Firstly, we thought that this would be a good hotel with high standards but we were utterly disappointed with what we got. We asked for an extra bed and got a mattress on the floor with bed sheet, comforter and a pillow. The staff is not well trained and the room is missing basic amenities like two towels for three people, one tea bag and a leaking cup was provided. The fridge provided doesn't work the walls are damped and the bed has stains. Not satisfied........

The most horrific experience ruined my holiday, It's in a total run down state with 1) leaking bathroom 2) moisture and leakage in rooms 3) poor lights,& lamps broken 4) no cleanliness and hygiene 5) pathetic rooms with broken curtains and horrific room locks you will not feel safe here
