We stayed from 8th march to 11th march 2024 in hotel sunshine palace, karol baugh. It was a terrible experience during our stay. Third-class rooms were allotted to us. No sanitation, unhygienic rooms, no room cleaning, rude staff behavior, and used bedsheets and towels were provided. All in all, it's the worst place to stay. Please do not prefer this hotel else you will regret it at the end of your stay.

The room was not clean, the bed sheet, pillow cover and blanket were smelling like it was never washed and marks all over the walls. Ac not working. The room was smelling, the toilet were not in a good condition. Zero maintenance of rooms and hotel. A very bad experience.

Hotel is close to jhandewalan metro station, & is economical stay for budget travellers, room size is pretty decent. Staff is courteous & so is the owner. Checkout time is also decent which is noon. Also commuting is easy one can get auto or taxi from outside the hotel. Wifi speed is decent.

This property has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Good staff and owner. Spacious rooms also the location is very good near to metro and market. Must stay here while in delhi. Thanks
