Sans Hotel Suryakencana Bogor

Hotel budget at Suryakencana. The room is clean but when we stay the shower not working for the hot water. The location quite strategic but traffic to reach the hotel quite difficult by car. There is only a cafe at the first floor of the hotel. There is a Supermarket in front of the hotel.

Swiss-Belhotel Bogor

Went to Swiss-belhotel Bogor for 2 days of meeting and stay 1 night. The location itself is great, close to cafe and resto, to toll road and easy to find. it's not a big hotel but it accommodates our needs. The meeting room and the hotel room are clean, the staffs are fast respond, Mba Lena and Mba Meriam were very helpful for extra guests we had, for any sudden request or at any trouble. From what I see is most of staffs are women to handle meeting rooms but cannot ignore men staff's capability, they are helpful and fast too ;-)
Royal Hotel Bogor

I am not surprised that the last Tripadvisor review made for this hotel was more than two years ago in 2019. Conventioneers dominate the type of clientele this hotel attracts Let's start with the good points: Central location, clean rooms, view of the nearby mountain, and proximity to fast-food restaurants plus the famous Botanical Gardens. If you're a regular tourist then you will be annoyed by the convention-goers and their mob-like behavior as they dominate the buffet and outdoor dining area / pool. This hotel has plenty of cleaning staff but be informed that they are uncharacteristically dressed in black. We stayed for three nights, and every morning around 10am about 12 cleaning staff would sit on the floor in front of my 5th-floor elevators. Eventually realizing they were hotel staff, my wife and I became less startled each morning as we alighted the elevators after breakfast. A different kind of surprise was visible in the afternoons as similar staff dressed in black can be seen sitting on the emergency stairs while smoking and chatting as we waited for the elevators to come. I don't know what is worse: chairs & staff routinely present in the emergency stairwell or the fact they are smoking and looking back at us as we wait for those elevators. My blue-colored toothbrush was thrown away one day as it sat next to the wash basin among the white-colored complimentary hotel toiletries. Sure, the bristles looked worn, but I think it is my decision whether I should throw it away or not. Ironically, an empty water bottle was not thrown away that same day. Lastly, do be aware that the hotel feels old although the walls are clad in marble. The utensils feel worn and are sometimes still dirty. Having said that, if you study your potential hotels before visiting a city, then the Royal Hotel in Bogor is not your type of accommodation; at any price. You deserve better.

Whiz Prime Hotel Pajajaran Bogor

Been here for sudden booking. But it was too late to enjoy the facilities. Small parking area so some of cars were park in pararel in front of lobby. My first room was stink, they said from rubber sealant, but i think it was too much. As well my second room, but this was better. Some areas, rooms and corridors need touchup and small details. Nice view from room but you will hear noisy from traffic after midnite if you stay in road view (front side). Friendly and helpful staff. Will come back to this hotel oneday. Thank you Whiz Prime Bogor Padjajaran!
