Location: The hotel is located across exit 3 of Bogor Botanical Garden. It's a good place to rest after playing the whole day with your kid. There are 2 department stores within 1 km, lots of food stalls & cafes in the vicinity.
Service: Standard amenities were readily available when I entered the room, except towels and bathroom mat. I reported to the front office but they were delivered late, despite housekeeping staff working on my floor.
Food: Breakfast was great! However, the dinner I ordered through room service was tasteless. They have a cafe in the lobby. Drinks were under expectation, but the traditional snacks were marvelous!

The room spacoius. Clean enough. The breakfast not so many variety. The location in the center of the city near factory outlet and mini market. Some of the facilities look oldies. The gym is very minimalist.

Room is simple and a bit outdated, but okay and clean. Public toilet in the lobby was dirty.
Location in bogor is close to two museums and the botanical garden (10min walk)
Nice and helpful staff. Breakfast was okay for me with fresh fruits and omelette.

GGuest UserPrice is affordable! The food is good in terms of variety of choices and taste. The staff are excellenty accomodating. We have to request at the front office to provide us a hairdyer.
One thing to complain is about the design of the bathrom. There is no door to close when we are having shower. And since the shower head is attached on the wall, it's really hard to direct the direction of the water spray. As a result, water splases outside the shower room and wet the toilet area and wastafel area. The design is weird. It would have been helpful if at leas they install a shower curtain to prevent the water to wet the area outside the shower room. To solve the problem, I requested for a double bath mat to wipe the wet area.
To add, the debit of the water from the shower head was weak so I never felt that I had a proper shower.

DDavin AdrielIt was quite a pleasant stay at Bigland Hotel Bogor. Rooms are minimalist but still feels roomy. The bathroom is quite small, but as long as it the showers and the toilets work well, its not that big of a deal. Quite strategic location which is in the city centre, easy to get to here and there, but the downside would be the small roads to be able to reach the hotel

NNunungWell, it was our first time, but we were happy to stay there. the staff is nice, the check-in is quick and easy.
the lounge is artistic. the room is comfortable and spacious, enough for the three of us.
the facilities are good. there is a hairdryer in the bathroom, an ironing table, a small fridge, and some hangers.
the swimming pool is good.
the food is delicious, there are international as well as traditional menus. you can also have indomie by request. But, there is one menu that need to be improved, the sushi (I think the rice is too cold).
overall, we enjoyed staying there.

MMonasevineThe staff very helpful and friendly i asked to upgrade my room into suite, and they provide it with the extra cost thats affordable, what need to improve is the taste and quality of their breakfast, the rice is not moist and quite hard and dried and the variety is not too much, and also you need to fixed the gym equipment you only provide 3 tools and one of them is broken

the room is located on 6 floors and the elevator only reaches the 5 floors then I have to continue by the staircase to the sixth floor.
The room is so smelly with smoke, We asked to change the room to a nonsmoking room but they can't give.
the bathroom tile is so slippery we must be extra careful when bathing.
when breakfast time we didn't know our room had already been checked as having taken the breakfast we just got down to have breakfast, luckily the manager saw this intention and allowed me to have breakfast.
the room has a no-view window even though it's on the sixth floor, how come?
