Cedar Mountain Hotels with Gym

We reserved our room online for non smoking. Upon arriving we were on our way to our room and the entire floor smelled like smoke. I was so upset because I had my children with me. They don't even attempt to clean up the hallways and remove guests that smoke on the non smoking floors. To be honest, they should have the entire hotel smoke free because we also had to walk around people in front of the entrance smoking. What is that all about. I am so disappointed in this place.
