Excellent
I had a lovely experience while staying in Room 426 at this outstanding hotel. Asia, the front desk agent, was very polite, respectful, friendly, courteous and professional during my arrival at this first-rate hotel in the beautiful city of Culpeper. Asia made sure that my stay at this hotel was both comfortable and relaxing from the time I arrived till my departure. Asia deserves to be recognized for her exceptional level of hospitality and her impressive level of customer service. The breakfast buffet was delicious and offered a wide variety of dishes. The housekeeping staff does an amazing job with ensuring the guest rooms, fitness center, swimming pool area and the common lobby area are cleaned to the highest of standards. I will definitely be back to this hotel and I am looking forward to it. This hotel MUST be on your bucket list!

JjntcmTotally used to be a Super 8, apparently lost their franchise and now they are a RRI. Location was at the farthest outreaches of the town, far away from anything of value, except some other hotels. Room was ok. Smelled moldy. Bathroom fixtures all loose. Took water forever to get hot. Room full of flies, I think they come out of the broken vent in the bathroom. Pillows hard and lumpy. Refused to provide any type of late check-out. Even came by and pounded on the door at 10:30 to make sure we were awake and could not possibly stay 1 second past the stroke of 11. Definitely overpriced for the level of service I received. I won't be back.
