Very nice hotel in a convenient area. Easy to get to and easy parking. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was ok. We were on the 4th floor facing the street and sometimes the street noise was quite loud. But not so bad that it disturbed our sleep or anything.

Comfortable Room We enjoyed our night in Cedar Falls while staying at the Hampton Inn. It was very clean and well organized. We also liked the bed - it was very comfortable. And the breakfast was AMAZING! It was a perfect way to start our day. Thanks for such a nice stay.

Buggy Great location and incredibly nice staff. Hotel had gnats in the rooms and spiders crawling in the shower. If it wasn’t for the bugs we would have no complaints.
