We live 5 minutes away but chose to stay at the hotel due to a family wedding and reception there. They have a beautiful property, and the outdoors set up was awesome! My complaints more come from the service we received. I received an email to do a no contact check in. I tried and tried, but it never worked. No big deal as the lady who checked us in was awesome. We got to our room, and it was 75 degrees in there. We immediately turned on the air. The room was not getting cooler, and we were trying to get dressed and ready for the wedding. I called the front desk numerous times with no answer. We turned it to 57 to see if that would make it finally cool down When we went downstairs, there was another front desk employee. She was not nice whenever we tried to speak with her. Told her our air was not working, and I know many others were complaining too. She said maintenance was still there, and they would be up. We went to our room multiple times with no change in the thermostat. We said something to her again, and obviously she did nothing, again. My husband finally said we will just deal with it because nothing was happening, and we were not going to throw our money away. When we went upstairs for the night, it was 76 in our room. We got a miserable nights sleep as we were sweating all night. Woke up and it was 75 degrees. Also, the bartender assigned to our wedding was a total mean girl. She was not friendly at all, ignored you even when no one else was there. Many people said something about her service. Shout out to the guy bartender in the lobby. He was nice and fun, and we ended up walking out there every time we wanted a drink. We love staying at Hilton’s, so this was a total disappointment.

Sadly hotel has ssen better days. Towels and linen were pristine, beds seemed new. STAFF amazing!! Hotel flooring and rooms need updating. Carpets felt dirty but flooring in bathroom had been replaced so it was fine. Dated rooms wouldn't be a big deal if it felt clean but this did not. I don't think it had to do with cleaning process it was just not looking or feeling clean. Lots of good bones here, needs an update. We have family in CF will be back a lot hope to see this gem get an update. Wouldn't consider coming back but your staff is awesome. Hot breakfast is a great touch!!
