The hotel room has no windows and smells of cigarettes. You can smell it clearly when you enter the room from the outside. You get used to it after staying for a long time. The hygiene is OK. The facilities are a bit old but they can all be used. There is no kettle and no hot water is provided. There is only a coffee pot. Breakfast is just bread, milk, cereal, coffee, and a kind of homemade American biscuit, which is enough to fill you up. Bananas can be obtained if you go early. It is still worth recommending from the perspective of cost performance!

Stayed 3 nights. No housekeeping the day after first night and was told by management that all housekeeping staff had quit. False fire alarm on the third night with no intervention with management to the guests and the hotel was far from being full. Condition of room was just okay and the mattress was old and very uncomfortable. Would mot stay at this hotel again.

The room looks like it had recently been renovated but gave a dirty feeling since messes hadn't been picked up up during renovation, ie paint spots on the floors/bedding. Also had dirty towels hanging behind the bathroom door from the previous guest. The staff we did encounter were polite and accommodating.

Worst hotel ever
Arrived after 4pm, room was not ready needed to wait. The room was filthy and stunk. The tv had direct Tv and inly 1 channel worked, front desk came to check it , he couldn’t fix it and left, also there was a plastic bag taped over the smoke alarm and when I mentioned it he did t seem to care. We then told him we were not staying and wanted to cancel and get a refund.

Room was dirty, beds not made the towels and shower curtain were dirty, there was a bag over the smoke alarm, and when brought to the front desk attention nothing was done.

Stone age stay
Listing indicated that there would be laundry facilities, but the very rude desk attendant declared that there were none. There was no elevator for those of my party that had accessibility needs. And the customer service agent was condescending and misogynist toward our female party members who did breakfast was also dried out and or stale

Pictures aren’t recent.
The room was so dirty. The carpet needs to be cleaned. Dirty behind end tables, bed, desk. Bathroom was ok but could tell it needed vacuumed. Space under the door. Overall it was terribly dirty.

The microwave in my room was awful. The tub faucet was away from the wall, the shower head hasn't been cleaned in who knows how long. Service at the front desk was horrible.
