We had a late and delayed flight but grateful the van (free airport shuttle) waited for us. The lobby was simple & check-in was easy. Before going up to our room, they asked us to get the amenities we need (dental kits, shaving kits & combs). We stayed at the Twin C Room, it has a big ref, kitchen sink, tv, microwave, dining table & chairs & 2 big beds. The bathroom was like the ones in Japan, compact & small. There were no cabinets too. The beds were comfortable to sleep on & the ac was working well. Breakfast was served in what was like a cafeteria hall, it was supposed to be plated but it was served buffet style, breakfast menu was simple. It changes everyday. Location of the hotel is superb & convenient because its connected to J Centre Mall and there were pharmacies, banks, convenience stores & a spa nearby. Happy to have our massage there. The hotel was also beside the Skywater theme park but unfortunately it was indefinitely closed. Checkout was easy too. They allowed us to leave our luggage because we have a late flight, we just came back for it. We weren’t able to avail of the free shuttle going back to the airport because we weren’t able to book a day before (it’s not automatic even if they have your flight information), good thing we have relatives to bring us to the airport. Overall, price was reasonable and we had a nice & comfortable stay here.

New building, nice and spacious rooms, they clean everyday and change towels. Refills of coffee and water. Complete amenities with your own kitchen refrigerator water kettle and dining area. Nice double beds. City view 😍 and nice swimming pool. They have great restaurant at the roof deck with great menu and 360 view of the city. Accomodating and helpful staff. It would be nice to be back.

I was looking for a hotel near the airport and near the grocery and restaurants during a recent trip to Cebu. My usual stay had a big price increase and since it was far from the airport, I tried looking for a new hotel. I used to stay at other hotels near Felicity and thought that the prices were a bit steep for hotels without pools. I chanced on them while browsing Google Maps and gave them a call. It's good that they had a vacancy and so I made my way from the client site to the hotel. I was pleasantly surprised with the bright lobby. The single room, though, had a weird layout with the sink just behind the door but not inside the bathroom. Still it was value for money because it had hot and cold water, a cool air conditioner, a refrigerator, a flat screen TV and clean sheets. Since it was just beside the highway, I expected to hear scooters darting across. Well, most of the noise came from fellow guests walking through the corridors after making bar crawls, I guess. Aside from that, the hotel is great value for money. I'm looking forward to staying with them in future trips.

I would give it a 3/5 for my 3 nights stay! The rooms were clean and quiet. It is away from the loud music or noise from elsewhere. The rooms are new as well. It is cheap so you get what you've paid for. Staffs at the Front Desk can be a little more welcoming to be honest. They will just look at you when you pass by the Reception especially during the afternoon time shift girl and guy and the 2 guys in the Morning are the coldest person ever. I think that what is lacking! They find it hard to greet you even a hi or hello! They should learn from the staffs in the 3 star Hotels in Bohol or Palawan. Despite their Hotel is not new they even out the experience with a sincere and welcoming smile. Could have also been better if they provide a minibar or a water kettle to have some coffee or something. If you are on a budget and no issues with unwelcoming staffs in the Hotel, This Hotel is recommended!

Good location with wide range of amenities. Hotel and room itself are clean, well-maintained with good internet connection. I came with my spouse and small kids, employees (like Riza and Girlie) were helpful and attentive to our needs. My family felt at home during our stay. Everything was very convenient. I stayed with my friend here for 4days and 3 nights so far so good most especially the service everytime we call for room service or order for foods they’re very accommodating. For their foods its was so good most specially their pork sinigang it’s so delicious and so worth the price, the servings is large and when I say large it is good for 4-6 people and sorry we really didn’t think of taking a pictures of the room since our mind at that time is occupied with something important

Crimson Mactan went above and beyond to make us feel at home. The staff was warm, courteous, attentive and quick to respond. Breakfast spread was incredible, props to the head chef who made sure everything that comes out of the kitchen is of quality. We chose Crimson as our wedding venue and while it rained during our reception, the whole team was quick to respond to transfer everyone to the ballroom to keep the party going! They were also generous enough to hold a foam pool party for us the day after the wedding. The premises were clean and beautiful, rooms are cozy... we have no regrets with holding the best day of our lives at Crimson Mactan!

This was a nice resort. The service staff were kind and accommodating and let me check in early and upgraded my room when I told them I’m checking out at midnight and won’t even be sleeping over. It was so nice to just enjoy a pool day right before our 2:40 am flight. We had fun, took naps, and didn’t have to go to their airport too early to wait around. The evening buffet was delicious. We wanted to get a massage but the price was too much compared to other places. The beach was great to snorkel and we had a lot of fun looking at the fish. They had a fire show by the pool in the evening.
Just a few concerning points:
-The water from the shower was warm but didn’t get hot enough to enjoy so we had to take a bath instead which provided a good temperature
- They need to update their carpet in the room so it looks more modern. This carpet looks like from the 90s. I know it can’t be that old but it’s got that vibe.
-Two slides in the kids’ area were closed and not able to be used
-Wave pool was closed
I guess I knew this would happen. When you go to these kinds of places, there’s always something that’s closed or broken.
-The beach sand is very hard, wear water shoes
All in all, it’s a nice resort. Very bustling, full of energy and lovely.

The owners are on the grounds and personally assisting with the guests and things around the resort.
Food menus are set for every other day, which is unique. The food is delicious! A mix between local and foreign cuisine. They’re accommodating with minor changes to each meal if you request it. They also asked if we wanted our Mel served in our room, which is very cool also!
Adults only, so it is a quiet place. Pool is 24 hours. Check out time can be flexible if requested and the room isn’t booked for your check out day.
This is a great place for couples who want a quiet and relaxing place to stay.
It’s nearby Oslob, the place to see whale sharks.
If taking a bus from Cebu city, the trip is about 3.5-4 hours depending on traffic.
The beach is relaxing with very natural sand composition and the sand isn’t connected to the water, it’s above it. Bring water shoes as the water is natural with coral. Great for snorkeling!
At night we found a giant hermit crab on the beach! First time to see one so big!

KKim MahidlawonI booked for a stay on that same day since I want to have a short escape away from home. I searched for a budget friendly short stay and I was amazed I ended up to this cozy place. It was a late check in after work but the receptionist was entertaining and welcoming. I booked a shared room of 4 beds and i find it ok though the space was a bit of a challenge but the facilities were complete and provided. With the amount, i was surprised that there was a breakfast included. This place was truly a great find.

GGuest UserI booked this hotel with my 11 year daughter to have my birthday staycation. The hotel was quite new and designs are modern. Check in was very smooth with very kind polite front desk officers. I was allowed to have an early check in as the hotel wasnt fully booked at that time and was kind to offer me a room upgrade. I politely declined the upgrade as the bed configuration wasnt suited for me and my daughter. We wanted a twin bed and the room upgrade was for one queen sized bed only. The size of our room was relatively small for a twin bed room. Its roughly 21sqm in size and it kinda tight when all your luggages and things have been all around the room. The Buffet breakfast was on the average side, Hot dishes werent kept warm and choices was kinda limited. But for the average kind of breakfast spread, I wouldnt complain more. The hotel is very near (I mean walking distance) to 7/11 convenience Stores, good quality restaurants nearby , Mcdonalds, Mactan Alfresco etc... I love the ambiance of the community ... its like a little city within a small community. Not that I really didnt like that much, but it was just something that I didnt appreciated much... its the hotel's pool that looks like blurry and wasnt kept clean by the time we went to visit the area. The prices at the bar was kinda pricey and wouldnt offer any happy hour during the day. The Surroundings of the pool area werent kept clean and aesthetically pleasing. Overall we really enjoyed our stay at Savoy.

GGuest UserOverall the hotel needs a complete makeover. Toilets in the lobby needs a100% attention. Room where we stayed also needs a maintenance. We complained about the sliding door not locking and unsafe, A quick fix was performed by screwing the door and not be able to open ever even in a case of fire. Rain shower was inoperable but was fix. Imagine if we didn’t report this, no one will look after it.
The breakfast buffet was average and was sufficiently good if you are local resident but not for foreigners. Staff were excellent, they were polite , hospitable and kind. Guards are courteous and hospitable. Concierge were also courteous, polite and hospitable.
In conclusion, I will not rate this hotel as 4star because it was not fully maintained. Lightning and so forth were inadequate. Again, hotel staff were typically a Filipino hospitality exposed. I salute all of you…

WWayne RWe walked in and asked if they had a room available for the night. The reception personnel were very helpful and accommodating. The receptionist asked us to check the rooms available and we had a choice of Suite rooms, deluxe room or superior rooms. My wife chose the superior room. We paid for the accommodations and headed to the room. The room was really big with numerous windows on the 4th floor. The room was clean and had a king sized bed. The furniture is fine but some attention should be placed on the condition of the table. As I placed my elbow on the edge of the table it fell over due to a weak base and not properly attached. We didn’t use the table. We ate breakfast at the hotel and it was really excellent. It was better than most places we have stayed. We invited some relatives over during the afternoon. We decided to have dinner in the hotel. Although the menu was not extensive it has enough for the average group. I ordered the pork steak with fries. Others ordered fried chicken and pork belly with rice. My wife just ordered a green salad with Thousand Island dressing. Although the meal took a while it was all placed on the table together. All orders were very tasty and well prepared. We would definitely eat here again. Overall I would recommend the hotel to anyone needing a quiet place to stay.

DdiannacasoWe saw this place on Agoda and decided to book it due to the following reasons: - it’s near ayala - easy to book grab car fron the location - it fits four people - looks spacious from the photos And it did not disappoint! What I liked about our stay: - it provided our basic needs like hot & cold shower, a functioning AC, fast WiFi... Also, there’s a 7/11 branch just outside the hotel, kfc and chowking fast food chains. - we initially booked only for 1 night but extended it for 2 because of our positive experience. - customer service is satisfactory. Staff were friendly and attentive. - breakfast is inclusive. The resto is located on the 12th floor and has a great view of the city. - budget friendly. Our first night we paid P1845 and P1700+ through Agoda. Not bad for three people (room fits four). What they can improve on: - breakfast was cold and has limited options. We were only asked to choose from fish fillet or chicken hotdog.
