Simply the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Should be knocked down and at least delisted from all hotel sites.

The activities listed under hotel is not available. Even the swimming pool half is under renovation. Their breakfast has very poor options. Toilet flush is not working, sink water stuck, aircon spoilt. Over all I would
Never go back there and never recommend anyone to go there. Their photos can be very deceiving.

Hotel wasn’t horrible but I just think I came at wrong time. Hotel needs a little renovation done to brighten up pool areas. They were a bit run down. While I was staying there I barely had hot water. And when water did work the pressure was low. Besides that, the room was pretty clean and modern.
The service staff were good. The door man and door people were friendly.
They had a nice gym with almost every machine,a spa, mini ****** and a restaurant in the building. You can get your laundry done for very cheap in tower 2 of the building.
Overall it was decent if you are passing through cebu.
The location is pretty good because you are next to a lot in city. But it is very busy when you exit hotel.

The request for make up rm was not responded. The staff keep on ignoring our request. The house keeper just get the used towel, that we used for 3 days to save water. But until now they did not gave us replacement towel. How poor the service are. I will not stay here anymore.

The location is great and perfect, because it is in the heart of central business district. It is easy for our guests to mobilize within offices.

Location was great. Nearby to entertain outlets and massage shops. Very clean lobby and spacious room. I got an upgrade I think. Got 2 comfy beds even though I was alone. The troublesome part is that I stayed on a high floor and have to do a lift transfer. All the attractions the hotel has to offer is closed. For upgrading I was told. And the ****** was mediocre. But the room was great.

Big and spacious room with a beautiful view, many friendly and helpful staffs.
But building itself is not well maintained, toilet had water leakage and heater only works on certain time with only warm water… not ideal for people looking for hot and steamy hotel bath.

This is a fantastic property with so much going for it. Not only is it a huge hotel with great sized rooms and excellent service, but it has a restaurant and convenient store on the property as well. Covid hit the whole community hard but these people are bouncing back. I enjoyed my stay, and will definitely stay here again.

Overall the hotel needs a complete makeover. Toilets in the lobby needs a100% attention. Room where we stayed also needs a maintenance. We complained about the sliding door not locking and unsafe, A quick fix was performed by screwing the door and not be able to open ever even in a case of fire. Rain shower was inoperable but was fix. Imagine if we didn’t report this, no one will look after it.
The breakfast buffet was average and was sufficiently good if you are local resident but not for foreigners. Staff were excellent, they were polite , hospitable and kind. Guards are courteous and hospitable. Concierge were also courteous, polite and hospitable.
In conclusion, I will not rate this hotel as 4star because it was not fully maintained. Lightning and so forth were inadequate. Again, hotel staff were typically a Filipino hospitality exposed. I salute all of you…
