There are lots of small roaches inside the room especially in the bathroom. Needs maintenance and major cleaning. Location is very accessible and near pier cebu

Just across from the largest Robinson mall, the location is very good. There are 7-11 when you go out. The traffic is very convenient. The room includes breakfast, which is delicious. Very good value for money hotel.

Decent and affordable rates. However, receptionist named "Marie" should not be stationed at the reception. Lagi nakasimangot, parang ayaw na mag trabaho. Seriously.. 😅 Also, request ng bidet sa CR sana. But overall, nice play to stay when in Cebu

this Hotel has no Fancy stuff BUT IT SERVES ITS PURPOSE. NICE, SIMPLE AND GOOD NIGHT SLEEP not to mention about 50 meters from ROBINSON’S MALL, AIRORT TRANSFER, EVERYBODY IS HELPFUL AND WILL HELP EYEING / HOPING FOR A TIP which is customary IF YOUR SATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE (staff won’t ask for tip maintaining respect) WELL DONE PIER CUATRO.

Friendly staff, simple rooms, simple prices, but can be VERY noisy due to function rooms/sound system/karaoke right next to your sleeping quarter. Hotel needs to prioritize its source of income. Avoid floors with such function rooms... John fromTacloban

Hotel is very easy to find. Stone throw away from Robinson's and walkable from SM Cebu. Beside a 7-11. Spacious Rooms, staff informed me that TV cable doesn't work. Towels and toiletries provided. Breakfast buffet is a great deal. Great staff too. WIFI signal is strong, However, there are small cockroaches and the water smells very rusty. A/C kinda noisy but tolerable. Nonetheless, we had a comfortable stay.
