We really love our stay in marco polo cebu and celebrating our christmas 2024 there is such a nice experience specially for our 42 month old baby boy. They got xmas activities which we enjoy a lot and looking forward to stay again there soon.

Our stay was wonderful. The receptionist then, John Roy, was extra accommodating. He was composed, and funny even if check ins and check outs were coming here and there. My family enjoyed our stay. We also love the lifeguard on duty then. I didn't get the name but he made sure my daughter and siblings had fun in the pool and were safe.

Very friendly stuff and services.
breakfast, lunch and dinner really good with fresh products.
The pool is fine and beauty salon, gym, massage and bar are also fine.
A room with ocean view is not necessary, because the ocean is far away (1 hour -＞ traffic).
The airport is 45 min. away.
You need a taxi to go somewhere, because by foot is not really possible.

Service was great as always. They were not strict about the room capacity either unlike other hotels. This hotel has always been our go-to ever since we were younger. Though, we were given a bath gel container with only half left inside 😅 may have forgotten to replenish with a new one or refill
