Cleanliness (3/5): The cleanliness of the accommodation was OK. Housekeeping maintained the rooms and common areas in a spotless condition throughout my stay. But ung CR is 2/5, shower head is Iw. Service: (4/5). : Kuya Gaurd is actively helping, But Hotel check out is too early and cannot extended even 30mins only. Amenities (4/5): The in-room amenities were top-notch, from the modern flat-screen TV. The work desk and high-speed Wi-Fi were particularly useful for my business needs. However, I would have appreciated more variety in bathroom toiletries. Views (4/5): Depending on the room, some offer fantastic views of the cityscape, while others provide a pleasant view of the hotel. It would have been ideal to have more rooms with scenic city views. Quiet and Relaxing (5/5): One of the standout features was how quiet and relaxing the rooms were. Despite being in a bustling city, I could unwind and focus without any disturbances, which is a significant plus for business travelers. In summary, St. Mark Hotel's accommodation exceeded my expectations. The rooms were not only spacious and comfortable but also meticulously maintained. Whether for business or leisure, the accommodation at this hotel offers a tranquil and rejuvenating retreat. Overall Rating for Accommodation: 3.5/5

The staff are very friendly and extremely helpful. The breakfast was good. Only 1 issue with room as the ac unit was dripping, but they quickly changed our room without any issues. All in all a very nice hotel and safe location.

Great room, great food and overall experience, amazing

We had a very nice stay at 88th Ave. Rates are very reasonable and units are very nice, clean and kitchen stocked well with needed essentials. Very comfortable beds. Staff was very friendly. Cleaning staff amazing! Location is good, but you might find yourself having to take a walk across the street to Ayala Central Bloc for more restaurants/eating options. Small Korean store on the property, but lacks what one would find in 711 or a Lawsons. I didn't notice any grocery stores nearby. You might consider bringing your food to prepare with you. Restaurants on the property are mostly higher $$$ and geared towards those liking specialty/Korean foods. None of the restaurants I tried accept credit cards.

A suggestion for improvement - to strengthen the rules in the pool especially to foreigners. My little kids were there swimming and they both asked why those young foreigners were not following the rules, they must be kicked out from the pool. Pity was the attendant who kept on reminding them.

Thank you Parklane for the good customer service and awesome location. The breakfast buffet Puto is the best Puto I have tasted. The location is right in front of a mall and generally safe. Will come back again!

We recently stayed at Elizabeth Hotel as a family and had a generally pleasant experience. While the rooms are a bit dated and could use some updates, they were clean and comfortable enough for a relaxing stay. The breakfast was definitely a highlight – simple yet delicious and filling, with enough variety to suit everyone. The hotel is also very family-friendly and offers great affordability, making it an excellent choice for budget-conscious travelers. Overall, it’s a decent option for families looking for comfort and value, despite the slightly older facilities.

My wife and I stayed there for one night to be near the city. Check in was easy and parking was good. Erica was real nice and helped us out. Had our key ready right away. Everything was fine no complaints except the room smelled like cigarettes when we walked in as well as near the toilet area. I told the receptionist so they didn't blame us but she just said the rooms are non smoking. Around 4am there was brown out and I had to turn the AC back on. Otherwise all good not much to do. Elevators are slow too. Quality hotel and great location.

The only decent place in the district. The room is spacious, the air conditioner works, cools. The staff is polite and attentive. Breakfast is so much like, I wouldn't like, beef overheated like chips. Not working plum in the toilet.

Location was awesome and room is big, but the downside is the water supply each day was always not enough. We had to stock up pails of water incase there’s no water in the morning.
