Noble Cebu Hotel

Impressed by the room that was assigned to us.  Value for money in the highest form.  It just ended on a sad note since I dropped my key card somewhere so I had to pay P500 for it.  Tried to find it but to no avail. But, in terms of room and the roof deck resto, both were so amazing!  Thank you Trip.com for the superb accommodation.

I’ll start with the positives. The pool is impressive and very clean. Not too many sun loungers around but it meant poolside wasn’t cluttered and for the number of people sunbathing, it seemed the perfect number. The room was large, clean and with very comfortable beds. The roof deck 360 bar did amazing cocktails. The negatives. Service on arrival was poor. The reception staff checked me in with minimal verbal interchange then directed me to sit down in the lobby, without giving any explanation. 15 minutes later I asked why only to be informed that my room hadn’t finished being serviced. Not a problem but I was never told that and if informed, I would have happily sat next to the pool. Ironically I then got to my room to find that there were no towels. After waiting 30 minutes to get into my room because it hadn’t been cleaned, I felt this was a little on the nose. When I went to see if the cleaners were still next door they had gone but a supervisor was there, asking him about the towels he said some would be delivered later in the afternoon. Explaining this to front staff didn’t seem to do any good as again, the reception wasn’t receptive (pun intended) nor willing to help or apologise. I won’t stay there again and fortunately was only there for one night.

I booked a one-bedroom suite on the day of arrival. Trip(.)com booking easily found by front desk agent. Hotel requires php 2,000 pesos deposit in cash or credit card. Free parking is indoors. WiFi was slow at first, but improved with speeds of 50mbps. Breakfast buffet on the RD roofdeck was simple buffet with an amazing view of Cebu. Air conditioning was cold and clean. Bed was medium soft and bed sheets clean. Bathroom amenities include basics dental kit, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in pump bottles. 2 bath towels and 2 hand towels.

The hotel was beautiful I enjoyed my stay . It was closer to some attractions.

The rooms was big and the bed was very comfortable and huge. Can fit 3-4 people. Everything was ok except when there were 2 cockroaches in our room. I had to ask house keeping to do something. And when they left another one came out so we had to kill it on our own. I informed the front desk about it and they just apologized.
