Clean and commendable courteous staff. Breakfast is plated and too limited choices. No kettle in the room for coffee. We've stayed in a room without windows which was relatively small but wifi is ok. In-room lock for added security is broken. Hot shower requires waiting time otherwise it's too cold. Housekeeping replenishes toiletries and towels. Still a good value for what I have paid for

I love how staffs are helpful and cheerful. Coming from a long flight and then when i arrived at the hotel the front desk gave so much genuine smile not like any other hotels. Although amenities are quite few but still it’s a 100% beautiful stay.

will recommend and would definitely stay again. linens and beddings are clean, bathroom well maintained. food service is fast. staff are courteous and assistive to the needs of their guests. will always consider when ill be back in cebu again.

The hotel is clean and staffs are very accommodating. The breakfast is also good and the waiters are nice. If you can consider, providing coffee in the room for standard would be nicer as well as extending the wifi access to 4. Will definitely go back! Thank you so much.

always our go-to hotel every time there's a scheduled brownout in our area if residence. hehehe. good food. good staff. always willing to assist and help. we always have a good stay and always end up extending for another night. they also have parking for our car.
