The most satisfying hotel on this trip, room, breakfast, swimming pool, beach, beautiful scenery. I would also like to thank the Uber driver. The flight was delayed and we arrived at 3am. The taxi charges 50, but Uber only charges 38. The driver was very enthusiastic and used translation software to chat throughout the whole process, 👍🏻

The room isn’t huge but it makes do. But I cannot understand why there’s never a plug beside the bed. People need to charge their phones. The bathroom is ok but there is nothing to place the toiletries in the shower, so you’re forced to either bend over in a very small space either open the shower multiple times and make a mess. The main issue is the breakfast. It’s the land of desolation and it’s really a pity. The croissants and the brioches are good, but regardless of the time of your arrival it’s never refurnished. No marmalades, 3 butters, 2 Nutellas, only one typeof cereal, no milk. Everything is missing, it seems raided. Why pay for an hotel breakfast if there’s less food that at home or any café? It could happen once, not constantly.

I like this hotel as they provide good value with large rooms and it is well maintained plus convenient for the airport. It is possible to walk from the airport although be careful as there isn’t always a sidewalk and the roads are very busy. They offer a shuttle. The hotel is located in an industrial area so not all views are great - they are politely attentive. Nice breakfast with good selection

Love the very convenient location right in the middle of Via Etnea, walking distances to most of the major attractions. Front Office is warm and very helpful in providing us with information and map upon checking in. Room was great and very comfortable. We were an hour early for check-in, and the room we booked wasn't available then. Instead, we got a surprise to be able to check-in into a bigger room. Breakfast is fabulous with lots of choices. Highly recommended. The property is right opposite the Rinascente departmental store. Before careful if you are claiming VAT refund. My tax refund of over 200 euros was disallowed as the tax refund form prepared by them deliberately omitted the last digit of my passport number.

The hotel is great, the most central part of Catania, in the middle of the church and Elephant Square, but very quiet and private. The whole hotel has a good smell of aroma, simple but not simple, the bed is very comfortable, sleepless every day. The staff is very good, the English is OK, there are a lot of delicious people around, they will also give you advice. There are homemade toiletries, carefully crafted with Sicilian fruit, great. We were very welcome, we arrived well before check-in, but we could leave our baggage that were then raised in our room. The receptionist, very kind and friendly, gave us a Catane plan and gave us good advice to walk and for the restaurants. The hotel has a design decoration and the majesty of the old palace. We have been very well sleeping because the street is relatively quiet and there is a very good double glass. Breakfast is very expensive, served as a buffet in a pleasant room. We enjoyed having fresh fruits, among other things. At our departure we could leave our luggage at the hotel to walk quietly in Catane, with our plane being in the evening. The hotel is very comfortable and comfortable and is very comfortable.

The service staff are very kind, enthusiastic and help solve various problems! Since the flight arrives in the middle of the night, contact the hotel to book the pick-up beforehand, and the room will be reserved until midnight. The driver who picked up the airport was also very kind. Even in the cold midnight, I felt that the driver warmly welcomed you and assisted in getting on and off the luggage!
