AI Summary
The hotel's central location near historical landmarks offers convenience for sightseeing. Guests praised the spacious, comfortable rooms and professional, helpful staff. However, breakfast quality and service were disappointing.

Excellent location, a stone's throw from the famous Via Etnea, unfortunately the structure does not have a lift (but it doesn't matter if you go to the gym to step). The breakfast is minimal, but adequate for the price, the very nice staff is very helpful. The price, considering that we were on New Year's Eve, adjusted to the average, perhaps slightly higher. If I go to Catania I will go back to Valentino.

This accommodation is a complete diasaster. I was in a room at the attic (room B). You reach this room by a small staircase (no problem so far) but once you're in, you will never get out in case of an emergency. There were bars for the window so imagine there will be a fire and you have to get another way out (not the staircase) there is absolutely no escaping the fire or whatever emergency there is. When you are very slim, maybe you can fold yourselve between the bars, to arrive in the middle of blind walls so high there's no escaping there either. Since the hotel has no fire alarm system and a crappy electric system (electricity wires in the shower cabin for example) an inferno in this accommodation is a real possibility. Furthermore the rooms were dirty. There were growing stalactites and mushrooms in the bathroom. Stay away if you want to stay healthy and safe!!!!!

This hotel is located just above a ***** club (which would make an advertisement for some people). So at 10.30 pm the very loud music (image the worst 90s eurobeat) starts and it will only stop somewhere 5 am. So pretty much the time someone who is visiting a hotel wants to sleep. It is really bad and the service at the hotel was not sufficient. While the party at the stripclub rouses no one will be available at the service desk (probably because of the music). The day after I complained an got not a helpfull response. No other rooms available and I was the first to complain about the noise. To make things worse, the coffee at this place is like sewer water. So after surviving the stripclub noise, they will try to poison you with their coffee. Go to the nearby McDonalds for breakfast if you want to have a decent breakfast. But my advise is to stay away as far as possible.

Terrible experience! The room smelled of damp and looked out onto a well of terrible light from which sewage odors drifted. A nightmare! The breakfast is poor and with poor quality products. The square where it is located is frequented by rather aggressive illegal parkers. I strongly advise against it!!

I booked through the company website 10 days in advance for two nights. On the day of arrival they call me again and again to confirm my arrival, which I confirm via phone call and email. Once at the hotel they tell me that there was an elusive problem and that they only have one room which they showed me and which was a sort of small attic without windows and without air, demanding the full rate of 100 euros per night advance payment. Obviously I ran away...really bad. The advice is to stay away!

I booked without too much haste as I needed a place to sleep because we missed the train, so I didn't have too many expectations, but a night spent in a place without a window, smelly, dirty, really felt like I was dreaming, and moreover paid at a reasonable price. over the top for what it offered. I ran away as soon as I could.

Dorms without even a wardrobe in the room. Tiny bathroom. Height of the rooms ranging from 4 to 2 meters. 3 cm layer of dust under the beds. It is clear that they are mainly used for the underlying activities. Better to sleep in tents on the beach.

Hotel located on the first and second floor of an old building in an area that I liked, in the historic center near the Cathedral, via Etnea and the Bellini gardens in a very lively area with many clubs. The (second) floor where I was is very beautiful and characteristic, I liked it. The room was also beautiful and spacious with air conditioning, TV, a nice bathroom and a large and very comfortable bed. Efficient and kind staff. Working WiFi. Good value for money.
