This is not a hotel, it is a set of rooms in an office/ apartment block and has no facilities other than the actual rooms. Access is via a lift to the 6th floor and then via a code lock. There are simply no other facilities other than the rooms and breakfast was served in a cafe 400 yards away down a busy main street, it consisted of a cake and a coffee, hardly substantial. Parking was a nightmare, a free for all in the surrounding streets and the traffic was a nightmare. Never again.

I had a reservation for 5 nights. Due to the delay of the plane, we arrived 15 minutes later than expected check in. The owner canceled our reservation exactly at 24 hours, saying that we didn't come, even though everything had already been paid for. Be careful when booking Etna Sea House - Sandro (the owner) found loophole in the *********** system. We paid everything in advance through the platform. Although I notified him that we will arrive one day later (due to rescheduled flight), he waited 00:01 and cancelled reservation with "no show". He kept our money and didn't provide agreed accomodation. Meanwhile he rented apartment to another guest.

Very welcoming and well located! The very kind owners, always careful to please their guests. The room is spacious and very clean, the breakfast rich and varied with fruit, sichokes, yogurt, cakes and biscuits. I highly recommend it

Abbiamo soggiornato "per fortuna" una notte. Accoglienza disponibilità e servizi lasciano molto a desiderare. Nelle ore serali non si possono aprire finestre e balconi perchè rischio blatte. Camera alquanto soddisfacente, asciugacapelli NON funzionante. Zona molto silenziosa.
