The room was very comfortable and clean. The breakfast was really good and they catered to individual needs. As the weather was quite chilly, we were delighted that the heating worked very well. Lucia and her staff are super friendly, representing an approach that seems to be disappearing. It is not just a business; we were made to feel very welcome

As the title suggests, at least for my needs, it's fine if limited to a passing night. Quadruple room, at the limit in terms of space. External bathroom for exclusive private use, very small, which for a family with children creates some discomfort. The property is located inside an anonymous condominium even if all in all it is finished inside. Breakfast in the norm. Affiliated outdoor parking for a fee and not cheap. Friendly staff.

As the title suggests, I am negatively reviewing the experience with the structure. Managers unavailable to customer needs, approximate and opinionated. Perhaps due to too many commitments, but disorganized. And it was me who paid for it. Although the famous saying is that the customer is always right, here it works the other way around. Sorry not to feel respected. If you want clarity and kindness from a bed and breakfast manager, my advice is to look elsewhere.

The property is located about 10 minutes walk from the center, very welcoming and modern. Personally I found myself very well; having stayed 3 nights and 4 days for university reasons, the b and b was a point of reference both for the living room and for the study, in fact, I had the opportunity to study and follow some lessons from the comfort of the room. Cleaning, services and truly qualified staff! Too bad having to leave this little paradise in Catania! I sincerely hope to return soon!
