Das gesamte B&B ist sehr individuell gestaltet. Unser erstes Zimmer war sehr geräumig mit einer hohen Decke und hatte vom Balkon einen wunderschönen Blick auf den rauchenden Ätna. Das zweite Zimmer war nach hinten raus und dadurch wirklich ausgesprochen ruhig, mit direktem Zugang zum eigenen Bad. Das Frühstück ist nicht nur für italienische Verhältnisse ein Traum: frisches Obst, Backwaren vom Bäcker und jeden Tag eine andere warme Leckerei, Kaffee bzw. Cappuccino nach Wunsch zubereitet... Die unmittelbare Nähe zur Altstadt/Innenstadt und zum Busbahnhof ist für die Erkundung der Stadt ideal. Einfach unschlagbar ist aber die Betreuung durch Ninni und Christina. Für alles gibt es Tipps und Vorschläge und natürlich kann man das Gepäck auch nach Check-Out vor Ort lassen. Wer es individuell und herzlich mag ist hier genau richtig! Einzige Wehmutstropfen sind die doch sehr laute Straße, die man auch bei geschlossenen Fenstern und Fensterläden hört. Außerdem gibt es keinen Schrank, sondern nur eine Kleiderstange und das „eigene“ Bad ist leider nur über den Flur erreichbar. Alternativ gibt es noch ein Zimmer nach hinten raus. Das ist wirklich ausgesprochen ruhig, hat auch ein eigenes Bad direkt dabei, aber nur ein Deckenhöhe von 1,85 m.

Sono stata a Catania con la mia migliore amica ad ottobre 24 , non posso che lasciare 5 stelle a La Cot per posizione incredibile a due passi dal centro , ( plus : dalla finestra si vede l Etna) , sotto casa panetteria , bar , accoglienza e colazioni pazzesche , fermata dei bus a 5 minuti a piedi . Ninni e’ speciale e vi farà innamorare di Catania !

Splendida accoglienza! Il padrone di casa Ninni è una persona calorosa e disponibile, ci ha dato ottimi consigli, ci ha fatto sentire a nostro agio. Camera bellissima e molto particolare, vista sull'Etna. Colazione eccezionale con prodotti freschi e preparati sul momento. Posizione strategica, a un passo dal centro. Hôtel très bien placé pas très loin du centre historique le propriétaire des lieux NINI est trés gentil et vous donnera de précieux conseil les chambres sont très spacieuses et le petit déjeuner correct ne pas se fier à la rue où il se situe tout est parfait

Ho soggiornato per 3 giorni presso le cot e devo dire una ottima scelta. Posizione centrale, gestore Ninni fantastico, disponibilissimo perqualsiasi informazione , colazione buona . Da ritornarci se dovessi passare da Catania.
