She was paid twice for one and the same stay. We were already surprised that she proposed to settle outside of *********** - this is already a scam. We were a large group and 1 night it was £ 800. When we found out that our departure date had changed, we asked for an additional night. We paid for this extra night for the first time using Revoult, for those who do not know it is important that the money transferred once cannot be canceled. But that was not enough for the owner of the apartments. She insisted that she must have funds in her account or she would throw us out. She assured us that when she received two transfers, the second transfer would be returned to us. The second transfer went from the account. She received both of them and now she does not want to return the latter to us. He deceives us and twists us. Beware of the cheat !!! 800 pounds is a lot of money. We will report it to the appropriate institutions.

We were two couples traveling and we stayed in the apartment Ammiraglia for 3 nights. It was perfect for us. We loved the large space and the quirky decor. It was in a excellent location to discover Catania. We also enjoyed cooking in one evening after buying fresh fish at the local market. It made for a memorable time in Catania. Sara, the host, was excellent at communicating.

Good location, although there was a problem due to the noise because of a party street, good for fun but not for families with children , apartaments clear, we had cold water for almost the whole trip, for the incompetence of the owner we had to pay double for the additional night , till this moment we are yet to receive our money back. It is clear that they are common thief, I do not advise you go there.

Warning about fraudulent action of the owner. I was forced to pay double fee for the apartment as the owner of the property would not accept the revolut payment, which was already transferred. I paid again to have roof over my head, but made clear agreement with the manager that full sum of money will be returned to my account as soon as second payment reaches their account. On Saturday I received confirmation that both payments are on the owner account. So, I started to enquiry about the refund, and then I learned that because myself and my friends was found inappropriate, namely noisy, the owner will need to think if he will return my money. I have to add that one night about midnight I had the message from the manager that other guest is complaining about the noise. So, I made the video of street party just outside the apartment and inside apartment where everybody was sleeping. I tried to call her so, she can hear for herself what is going on, but she refused to answer. It is Thursday as I am writing it and they are still refuse the refund. So, please be warned, you have very limited trust here.

Location ok At the end of the stay we were mislead and blatantly robbed of almost a 1000 euro by the owner. Be aware. This place is to be avoided. You have been warned. The owner of this place is a thief.
