Golf course (18 hole) 15 km, surf school 5 km, sailing school 2 km. Nearby attractions: Alignements de Carnac 2 km, La Trinité-sur-Mer 5 km, Presqu'île de Quiberon 15 km, Port de Saint-Goustan 15 km, Vannes 25 km, Lorient 35 km. "Colary", 2-room house 40 m2. Fully renovated in 2023, comfortable furnishings: living/dining room with TV (flat screen). Exit to the terrace. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 3 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra). Upper floor: 1 room with 1 french bed (1 x 160 cm, length 200 cm), shower/WC and electric heating. Terrace 25 m2, south facing position. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (2).
