We stayed in excelsior Parco for the final part of our honeymoon on the amalfi coast. What an incredible experience! We have stayed in a lot of 5 star resorts but have never experienced such amazing service! The staff could not do enough for us. From the moment we arrived we were treated like royalty. We were met at the boat dock by our driver and brought to our hotel and were immediately warmly welcomed by all members of staff and brought for a complimentary welcome drink where Gabby took out a map and told us everything we needed to know about Capri and gave us fantastic recommendations for restaurants etc during our stay. The property itself is absolutely beautiful and we loved relaxing by the pool with drink and lunch after exploring Capri. We ate breakfast and lunch in the hotel and the food was delicious. I had booked a Hottub room as it was our honeymoon but on arrival we were upgraded to the best room in the hotel which had a balcony with hottub, loungers and panoramic views of Capri. The most beautiful room we have ever stayed in! We were also given a complimentary bottle of rose to our room. Throughout our stay the staff were constantly in contact with us making sure we had everything we needed and took care of all restaurant bookings and excursions for us . The hotel location is a little out of the way but it’s absolutely no issue as they have drivers available all day and evening to take you where you need to go. When finished dinner each evening all I had to do was send a WhatsApp and a driver was there to collect us in minutes. What more could you need! The staff in this hotel go above and beyond and every great review on here is absolutely deserved! What an incredible way to spend our honeymoon and we are so thankful to the staff here for making our it so special! We could not even consider staying anywhere else when returning to Capri!! thank you Excelsior Parco we will be back 💕

Stayed at Hotel Villa San Felice for my Capri trip and couldn't be happier with this hotel. The service would get 6 stars if possible! Giampiero was so helpfull and kind! Great tips on what we could do around the island. It's really calm in the hotel area even though you are right in the center of Capri. Really good standard. Breakfast was really good and had a lot to choose from. The pool area is incredibly beautiful and clean. Forgot my camera at a restaurant and Giampiero called the restaurant right away and helped me get the camera back. I do really recommend this hotel if you are going to stay in capri!

This family run hotel, is the best hotel in Capri. Here are are the best reasons to stay here: A: Nicola, the manager. Is one of the warmest and kindest people you will ever meet. There is nothing impossible for him. He should teach a class on how to do hospitality correctly. He helped us out with lost phones, mixed up luggages,reservations at beach clubs and so much more. B: the location of this hotel is unbeatable. Overlooking Marina Piccolo, the yachts and Faraglioni. There are complimentary shuttles to the town and to the port. Also since they are accecible by their own shuttle, porter service isn’t necessary. C: the pool and the food - to have a nice pool to cool off to was a blessing. The breakfast buffet on the balcony was amazing was was the lunch menu by the pool. A few areas of improvement: A: the rooms are bare and could use an upgrade. We were not expecting luxury, but some basics amenities and decorations would help warm up the rooms. For example a separate shampoo, conditioner and body was instead of just a body wash B: being that it’s family run, there were staff members that I assume were family that were unhelpful such as the cranky uncle at the pool and the young lady at the reception who kept giving us a no answers to everything. We will be back soon. We loved our stay here

This lovely guest house on Capri is a gem! Located a short four minute walk from the very center of Capri, the Piazzetta, the Fuorlovado 40 guest house (the name is the same as its address) is clean, equipped with modern conveniences (WiFi; good water pressure; efficient A/C; with a nice little private terrace) and conveniently located near the heart of Capri for shopping, dining, or beautiful walks overlooking the sea along Capri’s south shore. The best part of our stay was the friendly and informative communication with the guest house manager, Antonio, who provided a helpful stream of information via WhatsApp about our reservation and our stay. Antonio helpfully arranged for us to leave our bags at the guest house in the morning after we arrived on an early ferry from Sorrento. That arrangement worked perfectly, and we were able to explore Anacapri with day-tripping friends until mid-afternoon. We then returned to the guest house, where Antonio greeted us with a small welcome basket of drinks and treats, along with his personal recommendations on places to eat, drink, or get the best views on Capri. He is a gracious and amiable host, with friendly and informed advice about how to enjoy a stay on this beautiful island. For our departure date, Antonio arranged convenient and seamless luggage pickup from our room that was reasonable and reliable. We really appreciate his advice and arrangements! Our only regret is that we had just one night to stay in this beautiful guest house. We plan to return, and hopefully for two or even three nights, to allow ample time for walking the beautiful trails up to Villa Jovis, down to the Marina Piccola…..or to enjoy a Spritz at one of the places with a view that Antonio recommends.

After visiting Capri many times on day trips we decided to stay overnight on this holiday for my birthday. What a perfect choice and location. Luisa met us under the clock tower and walked us to the accommodation. Even though it was a 5 minute stroll, I don't think we would have found it ourselves. The house and amenities on offer were perfect. A total home from home and we loved our little room which again came packed with extras and essentials. Just a few minutes stroll from the Piazzetta. The bed was very comfortable and cosy with a feather duvet which is a rarity in Sorrento / Capri and was especially welcomed as the weather turned and cooled with a massive thunderstorm the night we stayed. Susie the housekeeper provided us with an excellent buffet and cooked breakfast the following morning. There was everything you could wish for. Luisa was kind enough to advise we could leave our luggage for the day as the weather had cleared and we were going up to Anacapri and booked on a late afternoon ferry. Both Luisa and Susie provided such a welcoming and friendly stay in such a clean, charming and cosy home. We definitely would like to stay again on our next return to Sorrento / Capri.
