What a wonderful experience! We came to Capri for 2 nights and our air bnb was in central Capri. We set off this morning on the AMAZING footpath and chose this restaurant for our evening meal as it looked wonderful and was close to our place. It was super windy today so the ferries weren’t running. This was to our advantage as we hate crowds. We were the only ones in the restaurant that is always fully booked. They said today in September was like winter-A fluke! Mohammed, the manager was really lovely. The warm seafood salad and pizza were perfect. Service and all the extras were impeccable. Highly recommend. Running home in the pouring rain was actually charming.

We knew nothing of Tiberio Palace except a travel agent suggestion. We have stayed at many five star hotels across the globe. There is no perfect in this world but Tiberio Palace comes quite close. I would stay no place else in Capri. The location is fantastic. Accommodations are beyond exceptional and the staff amazing. Good fantastic and the rooms maintained meticulously at all times.

I very rarely write a review on TripAdvisor. But for this hotel I must. In short - this hotel is amazing. What makes it so special? - the staff is incredible, they go above and beyond to make your stay special. Giving gift to our child, making perfect recommendations for activities, securing last minute reservations at busy beach clubs and restaurants. It’s beyond thoughtful and generous. - the location, WOW, in the city center but a bit away from the wild fuss of everything. Makes for peaceful mornings and evenings. - the restaurant, delicious breakfast and incredible dinner with great wines. We traveled with 7 month old, we were nervous and this place felt like home. When we got to our next hotel we missed Tiberio. Thank you to Stefano especially for continuing to take care of us even when we had checked out. We will always stay at Tiberio when we visit Capri. Thank you again for the lovely stay.

This hotel was the best hotel we stayed at of the five, 5 Star hotels we stayed at during our 3 week stay. Incredible, welcoming, friendly staff, excellent food, impeccably maintained and decorated with a great vibe, top -notch amenities, perfect room, bathroom, and balcony with unbelievable closet space, and incredible views, and a pool and water spa which will immediately lower your blood pressure. Add in the perfect location of being in the heart of the action but not so deep that it’s too loud, and you have our perfect 5 star hotel.

We were at Tiberio Palace Capri for three days in September and our stay was excellent. The manager, Davide, was incredibly helpful and briefed us of what to do in Capri. His suggestions were excellent. The hotel premises were first class, breakfast and food very good, atmosphere and service, five stars class. The hotel and staff made our days in Capri to be what we dreamed of.

Hands down the best hotel in Capri!!! A few people to highlight: GM Stefano is superb, Martina in the front made our trip perfect.. Chef Nello at Terrazo makes the best lamb pasta I’ve ever had. The room was beautiful and the decor is to perfection even the AC is the best in Europe. Housekeeping was superb, efficient and frequent. This is our 5th time to Capri and the best hotel on the island by far.

Capri Tiberio Palace is truly the best hotel in Capri and the Jacky Bar is, without a doubt, one of the main reasons I keep coming back. The service here is nothing short of spectacular, thanks to Vincenzo, the bar manager, and his exceptional team Melinda and Serena. Every time I walk in, they greet me warmly, and before I even have to ask, my favorite drink is already being prepared. The atmosphere is the perfect blend of sophisticated and cozy comfort—a place where you can unwind and enjoy the company of both friends and strangers who quickly become friends. But let’s talk about the cocktails. Vincenzo is more than just a bartender; he’s an alchemist, a true artist in his craft. Each drink is meticulously crafted, a masterpiece in a glass, both in taste and presentation. The cocktails here are the best I’ve ever had—each sip is a reminder of the pure excellence that defines this place. The level of professionalism, the warm and friendly atmosphere, and the sheer artistry of the perfectly curated cocktails make Jacky Bar an absolute must-visit. Many thanks to Vincenzo, Serena, and Melinda for making every visit unforgettable. I can’t wait to return!

I recently stay at Capri Tiberio Palace. The first problem was the closest a taxi can get to the hotel is a 10 minute walk all uphill so every time you go out to eat or shop it at is least a 10 minute walk both ways. I booked a junior suite.When I got there I was given a regular room with a shower barley big enough for me to fit in.I am not a very big man. I brought this to the attention of the hotel manager and he refused to move me. I then informed him I would be writing bad reviews of this hotels.His answer was (I dont care about reviews we have a very big following it wont hurt us.
