The Gand Hotel Quisisana remains the epitome of Italian luxury. While many hotels have slipped into the sad depths of corporate mediocrity, this family run hotel shines and invokes memories and warm feelings of a bygone age of personalized hospitality. The hotel is stunning in its beauty, the staff is amazing, the food delicious and facilities are great. An absolute must stay for anyone who understands and appreciates luxury.

This is THE HOTEL to stay in Capri! It’s located in the heart of the island, an iconic property. The rooms are spacious and the decor is simple yet beautiful. I loved the blue and white floor tiles which pay homage to the island colors. The bed was very comfortable. We had a room with a balcony and the views from there were gorgeous. The breakfast had good choices. The staff was very friendly and helpful, we reserved our transfer from Naples airport to Capri through the hotel and everything was seamless. Would highly recommend this hotel.

We got a free upgrade overlooking the coast. We spent time by the pool. It was so nice to have a few relaxing, quiet moments when the island itself was so busy. At night, there were plenty of options close by to eat and in the hotel itself. Staff was lovely and did our laundry express for us (within a few hours). Was super grateful for the arrangement of a private transfer from Naples to Capri by the hotel as well.

We had the most amazing stay at Hotel Quisisana. The rooms were stunning. The service was just outstanding. The concierge, Marco was our favourite although the entire team was so obliging. The bar staff were so gracious. Everything was beautiful. Nice fluffy towels and bath robes; amazing room with a beautiful, large balcony; beautiful breakfast; lovely pool area; exquisite hotel. Fabulous location - so central. The only things we would flag as opportunities: 1. When you staying at a hotel of this standard, we were surprised that eggs were additional. I would increase the price slightly to include this and make it a better experience. But not an issue. We lived our breakfast. Lots of variety and so many options. 2. The head guy at the pool area who was training the junior watched us struggle with the umbrella. Just stood there waiting for the junior to come help us. He didn’t.. so the head guy continued to just watch us. He was the only person to let the experience down. I understand that you’re training someone but I think customer experience should come first. He needs training himself. Outside of this, I think Quisisana is amazing. Highly recommend!!

The Quisisana is a beautiful hotel in central Capri. We stopped here for a drink with the sunset and had a fabulous time. The staff were welcoming and cheerful and the drinks were fantastic - the best negroni of my trip through the west of italy! We were also generously served fantastic nibbles as well as canapes coming round every 30 mins or so. 10/10, had a lovely time - a must go to for a drink outside. Thank you!

The hotel is the best location on the island. The beds are extremely comfortable. The facility is breathtaking. The staff is the best staff of any hotel. I’ve stayed at in Europe and the food is a 10. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Capri. We have been coming for over 30 years and this is always our hotel of choice.

This is the BEST Hotel in Capri!!! Check-in is always very easy and the staff do all they can to accommodate you. The Concierges are the Best! Antonio, Gianluca, Antonio, Andrea, Luca and Marco are so helpful for anything that you need! The Pool is the Best! The restaurant Colombaia is wonderful! Great food and great atmosphere. The Quisi Bar is the BEST bar on the Island. Cristiano always makes sure we have great service. This bar is a must for people watching. The Best part of the hotel is the team. From our Housekeeper to the Owners, we could not be treated more like family. The Team has members who have worked at the hotel for 10, 20, 30 years and more. Every time we have visited we love to see the same friendly faces.

This hotel is the best hotel on the island. The staff is superb. Concierge is the best. The pool is super and the dining adjacent to the pool is wonderful. The Quisi bar out front is the best bar on the island. I would recommend this hotel to everyone!!! Best location also!!!

My husband and I stayed at the Quisiana for 3-nights, looking for a centralized, luxurious location, and it delivered. Our room with beautiful complete with private balcony, beautiful bathroom with luxurious toiletries, bathroom/slippers, turndown service with chocolates - exactly what we were hoping for. The breakfast buffet is well worth it - great service, impressive spread, mimosas included all while looking over the gorgeous pool grounds, complete with live musicians for a relaxing ambience. The patio is so fun for cocktails in the evening, and the people watching is all the entertainment you need with the primary location. I also enjoyed the parlor as the night went on, where they had a live duo singing covers of which they include the crowd to perform, request songs and even play along with some hand-held instruments. Staff was so welcoming, accommodating - we had such an amazing time. Thank you Grand Hotel Quisisana - we'll be back!

This is the way a hotel should be run. They welcomed us back after coming 15 years ago. Every staff member is terrific especially the concierge group. They were spot on every time and handled everything that we asked. Its a beautiful hotel with the best location on the Isle. The terraced front to have cocktails is a major plus as well. Room was spacious and always clean. Plenty of towels and very comfortable bedding as well. The breakfast was plentiful with a lot of choices and lunch was great as well. A great place to stay

It had been many years since we first visited Hotel Quisisana. We were so happy to find it was just as wonderful as we remembered. Everything was superb. The service, the food, the room - we had a wonderful ocean view - all first rate. This place does not disappoint. Hated to leave.

We were just visiting the island and our tour guide advised us this used to be an “asylum”. That perked our interest and we found a lovely spot to sit and drink the BEST Moscow Mules ever. We found the staff lovely yet professional. A lot of people come and sit, look at the prices of the drink on the menu and leave. It is a little pricey (think higher than Cafe Florian) but SO worth it. The bartender who was making the drinks came out and gave us our third as our server told him we thought they were the best in the world (and they really were). Seriously worth a stop as not only are the drinks and staff great, but the “snacks” and people watching due to the location are great as well. We are looking into staying at the hotel here upon our return.

Thank you Quisi for our beautiful room and wonderful hospitality. An iconic hotel they offers peace and tranquility once you pass through the doors. A great hotel is not just location or a building but the wonderful team who make the guests feel at home. the Dolce & Gabbana make over of the pool made the pool area feel even more special. Sad to leave. Can’t wait to return.

I was not a guest but a client at the bar. I was overheated and dehydrated. I entered this hotel asking for free tap water because I was about to pass out. The bar man ended up giving me a full bottle of water and even asked if I needed a Dr and allowed me to sit on the terrace for some shade. I cannot give 5 stars as I was not a guest at the hotel but the staff were so kind to me!!
