Wow what a place!
This is a wonderful hotel with the most amazing staff. You are met by the most welcoming and helpful staff. Ensure you use the free taxi service to get around which was an amazing addition to the trip and made life easy.
The room was gorgeous with incredible views of the island. We were upgraded to a too. With a hot tub which was incredible!
All the staff were always gathered for any request and couldn’t do enough for you. They were kind and attentive and gave some great suggestions when it came to visiting the island and dining.
The box of toiletries you’re given on arrival is perfect for any ladies travelling as you don’t need to think about a thing.
This is highly recommended and we would definitely go back

Very good hotel highly recommended
Especially the sea view room, when you wake up every morning, you feel like you are in a postcard from Capri.
The hotel can arrange pick-up from Naples and ferry to the hotel. One-stop service is very friendly to tourists.
There are also free shuttle buses to and from the city on weekdays.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, we honestly don’t have enough words to express how grateful we are, especially to the reception team. They helped us with everything we needed, always with a warm smile on their faces. One morning, we woke up quite late and missed breakfast, so we just ordered some coffee to the room. To our surprise, they kindly brought us a light breakfast as well, which we truly appreciated. That thoughtful gesture made our day! Thank you for everything! We will come back soon! ❤️

Amazing staff and service. Room had an incredible view, a rooftop patio with a hot tub and day bed. Breakfast on the terrace was a great way to start the day. The staff made our stay very comfortable.. The food in the restaurant was excellent. Great accommodations for a boutique hotel..

Wow... I don’t even know where to start. It was THE MOST amazing stay I ever had. The hotel is small, like very butiqe and cozy, and that was exactly what I needed. No crowds, not many people, just calm, beauty and perfect vibes. Staff was sooo nice and always smiling. I felt like home but better. Room was super clean and stylish, with a view I will never forget. I woke up with sun and went sleep with stars. Jacuzzi on tarace during sunset made me smile. Breakfast so delicious and fresh, every morning felt like heaven. Everything was perfect. Really. If I could, I would stay forever. I’m already missing this place. Definetly coming back.

We liked everything about the property. It was a grand building with fine period (art nouveau) elements with excellent facilities and excellent views across the bay and to Capri town. We were quite taken aback by just how good it was. The staff were absolutely superb from initial contact by email/whatsapp right through to organising and checking us in for the ferry journey back to Napoli. They were highly professional as they were friendly, always carrying out their duties with a smile. We felt so much at home, almost part of the Excelsior Parco family. The staff catered for our every need and gave fantastic advice on where to visit and what to do while we were in Capri including which restaurants to try. It was also great to chat to them after our day’s adventures and we felt that we could talk about any subject under the sun. The use of a courtesy car to get guests up to Capri town or down to the port is a lovely touch and very welcome given the narrowness of the roads. We’d love to thank the whole team for making our stay such a special one. We very much hope to return in due course.
