It is a shame that this beautiful and clean hotel has a very poor service. THE GOOD: new and clean hotel THE BAD: - I do not think that everyone at the hotel is like the racist and xenophobic guy at the front desk on 08/16/22. He treated me as garbage only because I asked for an extra card. He stated no more cards at the hotel, that is fool answer and insult to any traveler, so yes, I got upset!! He said he is not my slave, and he is better than me because he is Turkish! Sorry, but your nationality is like many others, and you are not a slave, but you must serve the guests, quit your job, or build your own company. - A/C is disconnected every 2-3 hours automatically, so you will wake up in the middle of the night swimming in sweat. Raise your rate, but do not shut off the A/C to your guests. It happened to the 48 people in our group! If that is your standard, you shall not serve international gests. - Dinner and breakfast were the worst of the 5 hotels that we were in during our tour. No buffet breakfast, only small pre-set plates. - No A/C in the lobby area! This hotel deserves a better future!
