Logistic is great. Seafood restaurant is great, open for late, very comfortable, close to the street. Food is pretty good. People are good. Service is nice. The rooms are not that big, but decent. The lobby is so so but it is very interesting to show the Truva Culture like a museum.

Disgusting, dirty and 3rd graded hotel!! This hotel has rated themselves as a comfort and 4 star hotel but their online reviews and pics don't match the reality at all. They are a dirty, substandard and disgusting hotel. When I checked in all rooms were smelling of intense smoke- the non smoking ones as well! The bell boy was trying to influence the decision of the receptionist by saying there was no smoke smell. When I insisted and fought, they changed the room but even the non smoking rooms smelt of smoke. Once I checked in I was surprised to see the interiors were 3rd graded and below standard and were equivalent to a budget hotel. The walls had paint and stickers peeling off. The furniture had burn mark stains from cigarettes. There were some random stains on the walls. The air condition was a split unit and there was a big structure in the room making it ugly. Room setup too was congested and not well planned and spacious. Luckily I have only one night here and unfortunately this was prepaid through my tour agent (roadrunners) and hence I could do nothing about it. But had it been my own booking I would definitely cancel it and switch to another decent and class hotel. And to add to all the misery I just discovered the air conditioning isn't working. I opened the Google reviews and found that many people have complained about this in the past so it's not something they can post an excuse about. They know that their ac doesn't work. When I called the reception to inform about this she told me to open the windows...seriously!!!!!!! Is this your customer service. I will further write about this to a Consumer rights authority in Turkey or some authority where this review is taken into Consideration and they will be penalised for this.

Einchecken war unproblematisch. Die Rezeption war rund um die Uhr besetzt, was sehr gut war, da mein Motorrad somit im Sichtbereich geparkt werden konnte. Frühstück war inkl. und gut. Zimmer war mit Balkon und angenehm groß.

Very good location close to amenities, the ferry, shops, buses and so on. Very good value for money in Canakkale. Helpful staff who are happy to try to assist guests even without speaking English. Good old Google translate and a smile served us well. There's a refrigerator we can use which is very useful. I'm staying here again! It's a fairly basic hotel but it was a good stay. Thank you for making me feel welcome.

We liked the hotel we found the chance to stay at a night's tour of the hosted carpet. According to the information we received, it was a very new hotel. The hotel's entry area waiting section of the restaurant is quite clean and sophisticated. We stayed in a road-guiding room. Not very big but it's enough. The inside of the room, the bathroom and the cabinets are really very new and quality. The room cleaning is very good. The bathroom accessories and cleaning is very good. We stayed in the form of breakfast. The hotel usually offers an open buffet breakfast, but they offered a snack breakfast because we didn't have too many guests because we went to the winter season. I can tell it very clearly I liked the only word that was so beautiful breakfast. The reason for this presentation is very good and very good quality. Also, we thank Vildan Lady, the hotel manager. Because she has been interested in making us feel like at home. The hotel is located on the beach band and markets at 3-4 minutes walking distance. No noise is due to the street. No problem with the parking is right in front of the hotel. I think I will stay at Çanakkale and other hotels. I absolutely recommend ....
