We were at the hotel at the end of April 2023. We arrived for the weekend for 2 days. In its price category, the hotel is just 🔥🔥🔥. We were a lot where we were. Girls on the resepschen clever. In the hotel cleanliness and order, food is just excellent meat, chicken, boilers, fish red on grill, creamy sauce, etc. It is on the first shore, the beach is good. In general, I advise, every day in the hotel there is animation and day and evening. Of course, if you go here for 10 days I don't know, somebody might seem bored, but people have rested a full hotel and everyone is happy. In Sneak bar a very delicious pizza, guisele, nagits, fries, shaurma. Beer, cocktails, drinks, etc. all day for a flight. Ice cream is qualitative and delicious. We will come again when possible 🤞🏼

I spent my vacation here already for the 2nd time. Everything was enjoyable: clean beach, tasty food, nice rooms, cool animation team. The staff is well behaved and will be able to answer/help in Russian, Turkish and English as well. Check in was quite fast. We got bracelets right after we came into the hotel and were allowed to use all extras as official guests. Hotel improved there cleaning process, towel were changed each day in our room. We enjoyed our trip and obviously will come to spend our next vacation in our village in Turkey called Loceanica:)

Ездили с женой в конце мая в этот отель. Очень много минусов, начну по порядку. Отель можно назвать не турецким, а русским. При въезде на ресепшене русские, отдел по работе с гостями русские, 90% отдыхающих русские. Кому как, мне не нравится, учитывая то, что некоторые приезжающие невоспитанное хамло, доводящее до слез работников отеля. Наш туроператор сказал, что была реновация в отеле, по факту была только в небольшом количестве номеров, и то очень слабая. Сначала заселили в старый номер на первом этаже, где воняло сыростью. Спасибо, что переселили в новый номер, который якобы после реновации. Плюсы: номер чище, новее, кровать удобнее, телевизор больше. Минусы: кондиционер не работал, а как починили не охлаждал, из 2 телефонов работал 1, 6 русских каналов, из которых 2 работающих. 2 раза просил техника, чтобы решить все проблемы, в первый раз ждал два дня, второй раз еще два дня. Решил 30% от того, что просил. Квалификации никакой. 3/10 Идем дальше, новый номер был на 4 этаже, на второй день сломался единственный лифт, который шел на этаж. 2 суток ходил пешком, особенно приятно, когда техник не приходит, связаться нельзя, и ты пехаешь туда-обратно несколько дней. А-ля карт: отдельная боль. Ставлю 0 итальянскому и 3,5 турецкому. Пришли в итальянский, дали дохлую еле теплую пиццу, цезарь с заправкой «тухлый носок», с ней же ризотто и вишенкой на торте были замороженные десерты. Ушли через 15-20 минут доедать в основной ресторан. Турецкий нормальный, но еда почти на 80-90% совпадает с основным рестораном. 3/10 Главный ресторан: очень мало официантов. бедные девушки не успевают обслуживать около 50-70 столов, на 2-6 посадочных мест. Нашлись еще постояльцы, которые этих бедолаг доводили до слез за то, что не принесли попить(в ресторане есть бар, где каждый сам может подойти и взять). Еще одна печалька - на столько посадочных мест убогонькая кофемашина, которая наливает в чашку растворимый кофе. Приходишь утром, все налетели на еду, чтоб не отобрали последний кусок, еле находишь место и думаешь, хочется попить кофейку. Ага, только постой за этим пойлом еще очередь. Но еда норм, фруктов особо нет, в конце стали давать еле спелые арбузы. 4/10 Безопасность: нет браслетов для постояльцев, любой по сути может пройти на территорию, и охрану это не очень волнует. Лайфгард на пляже и бассейне равнодушно смотрит на все происходящее. 0/10 Спа: бойтесь мужичка в бело-желтой майке, который зазывает в спа-центр. Это самый настоящий клещ, который никогда от вас не отвалит. Но спа в принципе нормальный. Бассейн там якобы подогреваемый, но нет, ледяная вода. Понравился массаж, хаммам, работники хорошие. 7/10 Бары: главный бар - полный косяк, стоит якобы бармен, который даже состав простейших коктейлей не знает. При условии что прям перед ним стоит меню с составом :) Это мой топ. Бар на пляже неплохой, бармен намного квалифицированнее 5/10 Активность: вот он один из немногих плюсов, что могу выделить за свой отпуск. Аниматоры стараются сделать все, что только возмо

Good hotel with very polite and hardworking staff. Rooms are clean , food is ok. Repetitive but tasty. The beach is wide and with pebbles, enough chairs for everyone. There is nice park on the beach with natural shadows but you have to wake up very early to get a spot there. The animators in the hotel are great, especially Aziz, we had great time playing darts. I have bad impression only from the guys at the beach snack bar, they are slow motion. In 7 days not even once they had pide when i asked. Once the guy dropped an onion ring on the ground and picked it up barehanded and returned it with the good ones infront of me. Awful. To sum up, nice hotel, will be back for sure.

В целом, отелем мы очень довольны. Конечно, по уровню обслуживания и внешнему виду это не 4 звезды, я бы поставила твердую 3, однако отель приятно удивил нас своей душевной атмосферой и отзывчивым персоналом. Ребята на ресепе это отдельный разговор, гостеприимнее и дружелюбнее пока не встречала. Ко всему прочему, практически все говорят по-русски!) Отель не для тусовок, скорее для семей, много пожилых и пар с детьми. Вечерняя программа не каждый день, мы видели танец живота, фаершоу и слушали живую музыку. Wi-Fi платный, 1$ в день на 1 человека, но работает хорошо, летает. Что касается самого номера - небольшой, но уютный, есть балкончик. Ванная комната маленькая и старенькая, дверцы душевой кабинки хлипкие, пару раз чуть не сломали. Но всё это мелочи, на которые мы не обращали особого внимания) Уборка отсутствовала почти полностью, полотенца и простыни нам не меняли за 10 дней ни разу. В целом, об этом говорилось в каждом отзыве, мы не были удивлены. Один раз лично попросили уборщицу помыть полы, все было сделано. Еда неплохая, всегда было несколько видов горячего, гарниров и салатов. Меню однообразное, но вполне приятное, голодными не оставались никогда, всегда что-то да находили для себя новенькое. Фрукты неделю подавали одни и те же: яблоки, сливы, арбузы. На другую неделю был виноград и нектарины. В баре готовили вкусные коктейли(правда, по расписанию). Из алкоголя пробовали вино, оно там только сухое. Пляж в 5-7 минутах от отеля, территория маленькая, людей много по всему побережью, но лежаков всегда хватало. Расстраивало, конечно, отношение некоторых туристов, которые с утра пораньше занимали полотенцами лежаки на пляже и уходили восвояси(тоже самое происходило и со столиками в ресторане). Но, даже несмотря на это, на голых камнях мы никогда не оставались. Отдельно хочу похвалить спа при отеле и банщика Хасана. (Постояльцам бесплатно доступен хаммам и сауна!) Мы брали полную процедуру хаммама с 40минутным массажем за 25$, остались безумно довольны!!!! Это рекомендуем однозначно. А вот в спа-центр на главной площади Кемера ехать не советуем - развод на деньги, отношение отвратительное. Не хотите доплачивать - вам даже процедуру не доделают. Что касается расположения отеля - находится в поселке Чамьюва, 15 минут на маршрутке №8 до центра Кемера. Остановка прям на выходе из отеля, стоимость проезда 1$=25 лир. Цены там порядком ниже, чем в магазинах в поселке! Но всё равно высокие. С гидами нам повезло во всех поездках, от Пегаса хотим похвалить гида Тимура, максимально вошёл в положение, сделал какую мог скидку, перенес экскурсии, когда не смогли поехать. Цены на экскурсии у гидов, конечно, кусаются, но брать на улице мы побоялись. Однако, для менее тревожных туристов по всему поселку натыканы туристические агентства, на каждом шагу. Из экскурсий советуем поездку в Каппадокию с просмотром панорамы шаров!!!!!!!!!!
