Zena Resort Hotel - All Inclusive

Amazing boutique hotel in Turtle Cove, Turks and Caicos. If you are diving with the Aggressor I Turks and Caicos this is a great place to start and end your liveaboard dive trip. The rooms are very reasonable…$300+. Book online at the Zenza website. There ar many great restaurants very close. room was very clean with lots of outlets for charging dive gear. We came to this hotel without any expectations. Watched many youtube videos about Kemer hotels etc. Zena was chosen because of good entertaiment for kids and because of increasing rating for the last years. And, yes, we did the right choice. It is not top-tier luxury hotel, but it is great value for adequate price. I want to start from the room - it was large, it was clean and it has amazing view on the same and on the pool at the same time. Photo can't demonstrate it. The food was good, I mean after 2 weeks any type of all-inclusive starts looking the same. There were dozens of salads, fresh fruits and vegetables, a lot of grill fish, meat etc. Several bars providing different drinks (e.g. alcohol) and our favourite Turkish coffee. Especially I want to highlight freshly cooked Turkish pancakes in the garden - it was delicious! The SPA area was very good! Different types of massage, gym etc. Strongly recommend. Hotel territory is very nice! Gardens, playground, small shops and beach. The beach is good - mix of small pebbles and sand. Many events for kids: special room with mentor, playground, disco and much more. We saw dozens of happy children during these weeks. Our 4-years daughter was also inspired by all thos new activities in her life. Last, but not the least - personnel was very friendly, doing their best to make our vacation easy and comfortable. Front desk manager became solved every issue instantly and with pleasent smile. Once again, this hotel is a great price-value option with very good rooms, hotel territory and food. And you will have private beach with beautiful sea in just 2 minutes walking from hotel building through the garden. Hope you will enjoy it!

It was ok, only for the room they need some renovation. We was in vacation with family, 2+1 The prices very good for these hotel, restaurant was OK, but we want more different and diversity types of food... But for the budget, was funny

Rested here 2 + 1, three adults, for 10 days at the end of May 2023. For the first time in Turkey. In short, Zena was very pleased with the variety of cuisine, the attentiveness of the staff, and the abundance of animation. Now in order. Arrival. We arrived at the hotel at night. Gave a snack to go. Number. With some questions, you can change the number. We were satisfied with the room. The view was on the facade of Zena, and both the sea and the mountains were visible. Beds with chic mattresses, a pleasant balcony, the air conditioner worked perfectly, all the furniture was in fair condition. Everything in my heart worked perfectly. From the recommendations - it would be possible to close the shower stall so that there are no puddles left. Food. There was a variety for any meal, sometimes eyes ran wide, including a lot of meat dishes. There was not always a place for dessert :) We caught both the fish day on Saturday and the Turkish night on Tuesday, especially pleased with the dishes on the grill. The sushi was disappointing and some of the fish were overdried. There is a wide range of drinks at any time of the day, both in the restaurant and in all bars. Beach. Clean, sun loungers are comfortable, with soft mattresses. The entrance to the sea tripled us, we prefer stones, the staff removed large stones. The sea itself is, of course, just love! The staff monitors the order on the shore and at sea. Animation. There was always something to do. Thanks to the guys, Abdulla, Engin, Alberto, Nina for their work. Gym, boccia, shooting, volleyball, darts, water polo... It was never boring :) even in the rain they were entertained: they could play cards if a person got bored. For a tennis table and new rackets - generally respect! It was interesting both at evening shows and live music. Staff. The entire staff is friendly and goes out of their way to please. Room cleaning was regular, swans and crocodiles from towels too :) The hotel area. The territory is rather big, very cozy and beautiful. The garden blooms wildly, always well-groomed, it is pleasant to go through it to the sea. Two pools, one with two slides pleased. Minus. The only significant negative is Wi-Fi, it is free in the lobby, but slow, sometimes it was not even possible to connect. In general, the holiday was a success!

It was a pleasure staying at Zena Resort Hotel. Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, great restaurant with very delicious food, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay is the staff. All of the people were incredibly friendly, Every staff member we encountered, were delightful and eager to help! The Animation program was well organised. There were daily sport activities and games, evening entertainment such as mini disco, show time, karaoke, disco and etc. You wouldn't be bored there for sure. Would definitely stay there again.

Memed, Zena Resort is the best hotel for family vacations.

We rested at the hotel in July 2022. There are only the best and warmest memories of the hotel. The hotel is stylish, I liked it, everything is in the same color scheme. Very beautiful and cozy territory of the hotel, lots of greenery and flowers. A nice and comfortable beach, there were always enough sunbeds for everyone. Conveniently, there is a small gym with a cool pool and a spa area at the bottom of the hotel. There is a large swimming pool on site. There is a lot of activity for children, for example, children's water slides, trampolines once a week, animation, wonderful and funny animators. Lots of drinks downstairs in the lobby, snack bar near the beach; delicious coffee. A varied diet, lots of fresh herbs, vegetables, salads, meat, snacks and sweets. Everything was cleaned on time, very clean in the hotel and in the restaurant, for which I would like to thank the hotel staff (cleaning manager Mustafa; chief waiter Abdulhadi, who has always helped in the restaurant). Very attentive, kind and polite staff throughout the hotel (at the reception receptionist Alina, in the hotel lobby Bellboy Burak, downstairs in the spa - Spa chef Zakir; security guards, waiters, cleaners). I would like to thank all hotel staff for the excellent work, attentive and polite attitude.

This was our best vacation as family ever. Zena has animation for everyone, we didnt need to leave the resort for Anything. The workers are amazing, they are hard workinG, and they will help you in any situation.

Beryl and Million were on point. After a terrible flight and not looking forward to checking in, they took care of me. Will always be a repeat visitor because of them! I love it here, best day ever for real
