ve been more than 30countries , hundreds of cities and hotels as well. And this is the worst hotel i ve ever stayed so far. We had train at 8am and because of that we were at lobby to check out at 7am . Even if we informed them about this previous day There were no staff around and in reception as well. We found a lady who was setting table for breakfast and we asked about breakfast she said NO breakfast before 8am then we requested her call a taxi .. she said NO again… and she wrote phone number of taxi on a piece of paper and passed it to us and she wanted us to call them! We needed to leave to catch train and we walked 40minutes under sun 30degree of weather to train station it was like nightmare . On the other hand, hotel even if close to beach they are in the middle of no where … one of the last hotel in coast ….Think twice when you book this hotel

Hotel not far from the beach. Nice room and clean. The one we were in had view on the see. Very small bathroom. Towels were changed every day, which I find unnecessary. Friendly staff. I wander how does it look in busy season.

Esperienza pessima! Sembra quando compri il vestito di bassa qualità e dopo 2 minuti che lo metti addosso è da buttare! Parto dal fondo: lo scandalo colazione! Roba vecchia e lasciata perennemente a disposizione! La sera era g ià lì! Quando lo ho fatto notare alla cameriera( molto antipatica e scortese) ha risposto, seccata, che hanno lasciato tutto lì perchè alle 6:30 c’erano degli operai avevano bisogno fosse tutto a disposizione e si sono fatti il caffè da soli😳!! Ma scherziamo?? La roba da mangiare lasciata a disposizione di chissà chi?? Ci va controllo su chi ha accesso alle cose da mangiare! Reception praticamente inesistente, ho dovuto correre alle 13:30 per poter fare il check in! La camera senza punti luce e quelli esistenti non funzionanti! Ho dovuto tenere il telefono lontano di notte per poterlo caricare! Truccarsi in camera impossibile, non c’è una luce grossa, le luci piccole per dormire non funzionavano! Ventola a tiraggio forzato col cordino appeso in alto, non ho potuto utilizzarla( e poi il cordino nel 2025?) muffa quindi sul soffitto! Kit sapone misero! Unico merito alle pulizie, fatte molto bene! Non bastano per farmi pensare di tornare!

Hotel con posizione fantastica fronte mare.colazione da 4 stelle con ottima scelta di dolce e salato. Cameriere ai piani sempre gentili.La proprietaria molto cortese e disponibile. Ottima scelta per chi vuole soggiornare in versilia. Ci torneremo presto ! Giacomo e Rossella

Hotel ben servito, vicino alla passeggiata del lungomare che raggiunge Viareggio. Siamo stati in occasione del carnevale, prezzi buoni. Camera pulita con balcone, bagno (a gusto mio personale) piccolo soprattutto la doccia. Molto gradita la colazione con caffetteria espressa, dolce e salato. Parcheggio all'interno dell'hotel a pagamento. Lo consiglio comunque.
