Given a nice welcome by reception on arrival which was appreciated after a difficult journey due to flight delays and transfer delays.We found the hotel to be everything we hoped for and being given a room on the top floor with a pool and sea view was a bonus.The staff were very efficient but also really friendly and helpful.Considering we were all inclusive the food was of a good quality and always a good choice.We were there for seven nights but unfortunately on the fourth day we were informed the restaurant,bars and entertainment were finishing and we had to use the sister hotel for these facilities for the rest of our stay.Unfortunately my friend had mobility issues so this was far from ideal but the alternative offered was to pack and move to the other hotel which was just going to be as much hassle.I wish this situation had been explained when we arrived as we would have happily moved to the other hotel then . Whilst I would have no hesitation going back to the Aluasun,I would want to be sure that was not going to happen again.
