Great staff! We dropped our passport on the Uber and the Uber driver asked for $100 to return it to us. When the concierge saw that, she rushed towards us and reprimanded the driver and insisted that he return us the money. The receptionist almost got into a fight with the driver for us and managed to force the driver to return us our passport and the money and we were so grateful for that! It was our first day in Cairns and she helped turn our day around. Kudos to Pilar and Charlotte for helping us that day! Very convenient location with short walk to the reef terminal and lots of bars and restaurants nearby with a great night life right here at the hotel. Good view of the sea from the hotel too.

This hotels wins the first place among other hotels on our Cairns trip! Brand new with mazing staff who are always there to make your stay perfect. The hotel has four pools in this nice courtyard area facing the beach, so you can swim with the view. Yet, the pools are not crowded at all. Family pool doesn’t look like, yet it is shallow with sand, little fountains and everyone seemed to have fun in there. Rooms are spacious and the beds are super comfy. Balconies are made for outdoor use with furniture and even night light. The view is worth the price!

The hotel is a bit old, close to the cruise ship terminal, the room balcony faces the port, the waiter's attitude is very good, but you can't check in before the time, the other hotels are OK. Opposite the hotel is a ******, the central air conditioning cooling tower on the roof is very noisy, and the balcony door must be closed.

There is free parking in Building G, one parking lot. There is no breakfast because it feels a bit like airbnb, but the tableware in the room is very complete, you can go to the mall to buy a la carte and make it yourself. It is 10 minutes walk from the mall, and the opposite is myer. 20 minutes from the airport. The room has a large space, a large living room, two rooms, one room has two single beds. It's only 10 minutes walk from the sea. Very good apartment hotel!

The hotel has no breakfast, only a small cafe for simple dinners There are many recreational facilities, tennis, swimming pool, golf, beach volleyball, trampoline, open-air movies every night, etc. There are also open-air movies with quilts laying on the ground to watch, and the baby is very happy and very excited The hotel is also a camping place for RVs. There are so many RVs. Many grandparents live in it. The room is full of cutlery, you can cook it yourself, the resort can also barbecue, there is a common barbecue point The smallest room we live in also has a large bed and a bunk bed. The children especially like the bunk bed. They told me that they like this hotel. They rent karts every day. Most of us also rent a 7-person car and a bicycle as shown in Figure 9. AUD 10 for one hour, AUD 25 for 7 persons for one hour. Cost-effective, less than 600 RMB per night, children also like it Disadvantage Room conditions are average, after all, the resort is not a hotel There is no breakfast, and the nearest place to eat is 1 km. It is inconvenient to travel without a car.
