Stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment. Clarendon on Spence. Huge 2 bedroom two bathroom. Very clean spacious. Everything you need in the kitchen. Across the road to Cairns central shopping centre. Walking distance to Railway, pub and buses nearby. Anna was lovely. Would I stay here again.? Yes I would. 10 out of 10.

We took all of our family to Cairns for my 60th birthday so we needed two 3 bedroom apartments I called the apartments and talked to Anna she was amazing did everything for us to make my family feel comfortable nothing was problem for her and she went out of her way for us. The rooms were huge well appointed and clean and tidy, the facilities were fantastic and the closeness to Cairns Central shopping centre was bonus as well as access to all the tourist sites that you need to do in Cairns. We stayed in The Regency on Spence Apartments in 4A for 13 nights. Apartment was wonderful, comfortable bed and Couch, large lovely outdoor area. Loved that there were fans and air conditioning. Contained everything we needed. Anna the Manager was lovely and went above and beyond when we got caught up in the Flight delays. Apartments close to everything, with everywhere we wanted to go to within easy walking distance.

Rung anna after a uncomfortable experience at another hotel, she looked after our family with a great room and facilities, very clean, very modern, close to everything, great service, great beds can not recommend more highly, perfect stay

We recommend this apartment complex. We found alot of extra touches around the complex to make your stay very easy. The apartment was spacious and comfortable. There is a good level of security as well. Highly recommend.
