The apartment is located in a very good place, close to the main train station and a large parking lot. The room was nice and clean, the bed was comfortable. Personally, I missed a lamp by the bed because I do not use overhead lighting. The owner was very nice and helpful. Breakfast in a nearby cafeteria.

Very centrally situated & tidy apartments. Stayed two nights on different dates. Host Monuel was very friendly and helpful. Apartments were equipped with all amenities, including a kettle. Breakfast which was included in the price, was served in a cafeteria close to the Apartments. Bathrooms were modern, with very showers and very clean. We highly recommend these apartments.

No hospitality, no help. Breakfast as a small pie with owner staring at us while eating and typing on its laptop. Can it be wrongly rated: yes for sure and wrongly induced to book it thru previous rating, you can wonder if they were true. Not to recommend.

Dopo varie ricerche ho trovato quella che si è rivelata una bellissima residenza nel centro della bella Cagliari, in una posizione strategica perché a due passi dalla stazione ferroviaria, con una strepitosa vista su Castello , circondata da ottimi ristoranti e pasticcerie e soprattutto con un padrone di casa che ci ha piacevolmente sorpreso per serietà , precisione, cura dei dettagli… abbiamo soggiornato nella stanza più grande , dotata di ogni confort ( televisore a schermo gigante , letto comodissimo king size, armadio a tutta parete , con un bagno in ardesia e luci colorate a infondere atmosfera. Bagno dotato di finestra ( particolare per me molto importante..) . Molta attenzione all igiene e alla privacy ( le colazioni vengono servite in due turni orari) . Complimenti Manuel ! Grazie per avere reso il nostro soggiorno a Cagliari ancora più speciale!

Posizione ottimale. Possibilità di trovare parcheggio in zone limitrofe. Stanza di medio piccola dimensione con vari confort. Ho sentito un po’ freddo. Magari era la stanchezza. Professionalità e pulizia. Colazione buona, sia salata che dolce. Lo consiglio vivamente per chiunque fosse in zona. Ci tornerò sicuramente.
