Small hotel, only 6 rooms located on 4th floor of large building. Large quiet rooms with amazing harbour view. Satisfying breakfast to cover everyone's needs. Staff were friendly and efficient, especially Martina, who went out of her way to help us with recommendations and arranging tours. Also the housekeeper who found our jewellery and left it at reception for us. It is unstaffed from 3pm, but felt very safe and secure. Excellent location, 10mins walk from station and round the corner from some excellent dinner options

The hotel is centrally located close to the harbour/marina and the old town. Walking distance to lots of bars and restaurants. The rooms are modern and cosy, well designed. This hotel.is great value for money and worth a visit. Truly impressed by this hotel.

Perfect hotel for a city break in Cagliari! We didn’t book a sea view room but still had a perfect view of the marina! The room was modern, clean and fresh! Staff were so welcoming and helpful! Pastries, omelettes and various breakfast items for a quick fuel for the day and easy self check in! 100% recommend! Thank you Birkin Marina ❤️

Lovely, beautiful boutique hotel, superfriendly welcome from Martina at the check-in. Gorgeous breakfast homemade orange cake and top cappuccino. Loved the interior design and Christmas decorations. My room had lovely view. I will come back. Parking in the parcheggio al porto. Relaxed stay in Cagliari.

Very well located city hotel. Bedrooms are well sized and comfortable. Well priced for quality as well Only thing to note is the hotel is self service from the afternoon- this shouldn’t be a deterrent but just a need to know. We would return if visiting Cagliari again

First time experience in a guest house with codes to enter and I must say that I was pleasantly surprised by the efficiency, availability and kindness of the staff at the reception of the cleanliness of the room ... equipped with every comfort ... breakfast truly refined and quality .. with attention to the requests of the customer .. even if located on the 4th floor of a building x other near the historic center !! I would definitely go back and recommend it for those who have to stay in Cagliari

Très bruyant à cause des travaux . Fenêtres pas du tout insonorisées. Lit confortable , chambre spacieuse Petit dej sans plus car à la carte. Ce n’est pas un hôtel mais plutôt une chambre d’hôtes sur un étage dans un immeuble . La proximité du centre est très pratique. On peut tout faire à pied
