The hotel does not even have the reception. Despite my arrival details the hotel was locked, there was nobody waiting for me and I was left outside. Had to sleep at another }lace

Il Relais La Lenterne è situato in una posizione ottimale per visitare la città. Viale Regina Margherita è una via larga e trafficata, che porta ai Bastoni San Remy. L’appartamento si trova all’interno di un bel palazzo storico, estremamente curato nei dettagli. È arredato con mobili d’epoca e oggetti d’arte di grande eleganza. Nel bagno si trovano biancheria candida e prodotti di bellezza. C’è anche il phon. Le camere sono dotate di tv a schermo piatto. Cosimo e Alessandro sono gentilissimi e sempre disponibili. Felici di avervi scelti!!!

Eravamo stati nel 2018 in una delle strutture gestite dai due signori del Relais Lanterne. Avevamo effettuato la prenotazione tramite Booking. Eravamo rimasti soddisfatti. Avevamo apprezzato l'entusiasmo e la passione con cui i due signori gestivano le loro strutture. Torniamo a Cagliari quest'anno e decidiamo di prenotare direttamente, senza Booking. Notiamo un cambiamento abissale: scarsa attenzione al cliente costretto, oltre a pagare la stanza, anche a dare la carta di credito a garanzia di eventuali danni (come se fosse un noleggio auto). Ci viene anche detto di non gettare carta igienica nel water e di metterla in un cestino. Il tutto peraltro con toni piuttosto sgarbati. Non torneremo più!

Consiglio vivamente questa struttura. Tutto pulito e curato nei dettagli. Camera spaziosa e silenziosissima.Proprietario preciso e molto cordiale. La struttura è situata al centro di Cagliari, comodissima per gli spostamenti a piedi. Torneremo ❤️
