Nice and convinient place to stay.Nearby with food shop and easy acess place in butterworth recomended place to stay with family and friend too.

Hotel to ktm Butterworth station by a vehicle in 6 minutes. Can reach convenience store, several restaurants down the street. Rooms are in very old amenities. I prefer to pay more for other brands.

The location is near to Penang Sentral that only 3 bus stops away and also near to Tanjung Bersih.
The nearby supermarket is walking distance.

I need to request the hairdryer from the receptionist.
The bathroom is quite small
The lift carpet is dirty

The room was spacious, clean and bright. The management team was friendly and good problem solving. Perhaps, the room make up policy and maintenance can be improved. There was no clean mattress cover change during the room make up. Few floor tiles in the room were broken. The TV location was set too high and away from eyes level.
