For the 1st time from my many staycation here the room key not working, sound of walkie talkie from cleaner who’s walking along the hall with their cleaning equipment was too loud interrupted my sleep early in the morning other from this the worker who using gondola/sky tools for class cleaning/painting trying to open my room r window from outside several time while making so much noise from outside although management had place a note on each of lifts but still it un proper act since hotel have guest inside the building!

I underestimated this hotel thinking that it's ”just another budget hotel” but after staying here for 5 nights I was impressed by the friendly staff and the in-room facilities. In this price range I didn't expect iron and ironing board to be included in the room as well, on top of the usual safe box, hairdryer, minibar, tv (of course), and wifi (very strong signal even from outside of the hotel compound). The location may look a bit dodgy, but the surrounding area is actually safe even if you're wandering around on foot. A supermarket, mini mart, and a few restaurants are within walking distance. During my stay I had no issues with the aircond/shower/parking like some of the previous reviews mentioned. I wouldn't mind staying here again.

Stayed here for 3 nights during my visit in Butterworth. Booked for a King room and was placed on 2nd floor. Required to pay RM2 per night & deposit of RM50. Location: 10 mins drive to Butterworth city centre, 5 mins drive to Raja Uda - main eatery area in Butterworth & BBCC (Butterworth Business City Centre), 15 mins drive to Penang Sentral (Ferry & Butterworth train station). Not much restaurants or cafe around the hotel except 1 noodle shop next to the hotel & a cafe. There is a cafe on the ground floor of the hotel which served basic food and drinks. Room: King room is average in size. Clean and tidy. Wooden floor. Small old TV & furniture in the room. Basic amenities such as shower cap, soap and shampoo conditioner & 2 towels provided. 2 compliment bottle of water provided each day. Only 1 power plug in the room. Good free wifi. No hairdryer and iron in the room. Might provided if request. Parking: Plenty of street parking available. Facilities: 24 hour CCTV monitoring in the hotel. - I'm the kind that checks either the room is clean or not starting from the toilet. I can say that the toilet is dirty, a little slimy, the floor is like not washed. The fan in the toilet seems to not function well to dry the floor once wet. a lot of small cockroaches - Aircond is a little problem. His fan is cool to go down, have to manually adjust for him up - towel kotor. duduk for 3 nights tak offer utk tukar & kemas bilik - There are many cockroaches in the room so if there is food, you have to keep it in the luggage & zip luggage - channel TV Take Banyak. TV3 Take - soundproof room very poor. can hear the next room shower, brush your teeth - Iron clothes is going downstairs, on a table that maybe the staff used to eat. It's not very convenient

This hotel have a spacious and comfortable lobby with some cushion sittings and friendly check in staff.. I've a little but comfortable room with a single bed, and a clean bathroom with two panels sliding glass doors ran along the length of the room wall with the shower at one end, the wash basin in the center n the toilet at the other end.. I would say it's a very nice bathroom for the price of the room. Plenty of halal n non halal foods stalls n shops just a short walking distance away, and it only takes a 10 minute walk to the KTM train station, the reason I stayed here as i need to catch the 6.20am morning train

Quite a comfortable stay for a cheap price. The rooms are clean and perfect for one night to two night stay. No complains on aircond and washrooms. WiFi available.Easy access to highway and shops. Friendly stuff. Only drawback is TV don't have remote and only one channel available.

Hi. It’s a nice hotel but would be better if every room is provided with cloth iron and atleast each floor got water heater to make hot drink. The price is worth with the hotel facilities but better than nothing. Near to my work place so location is just nice.

Fully recommended! If you came for a business appointment and a short stay in Butterworth, Penang, this is a good place to stay. The hotel was really clean and comfy. Food places were easy to find around the area too. There are also parking spots provided.

Stayed here for 3 nights during my visit in Butterworth. Booked for a King room and was placed on 2nd floor. Required to pay RM2 per night & deposit of RM50. Location: 10 mins drive to Butterworth city centre, 5 mins drive to Raja Uda - main eatery area in Butterworth & BBCC (Butterworth Business City Centre), 15 mins drive to Penang Sentral (Ferry & Butterworth train station). Not much restaurants or cafe around the hotel except 1 noodle shop next to the hotel & a cafe. There is a cafe on the ground floor of the hotel which served basic food and drinks. Room: King room is average in size. Clean and tidy. Wooden floor. Small old TV & furniture in the room. Basic amenities such as shower cap, soap and shampoo conditioner & 2 towels provided. 2 compliment bottle of water provided each day. Only 1 power plug in the room. Good free wifi. No hairdryer and iron in the room. Might provided if request. Parking: Plenty of street parking available. Facilities: 24 hour CCTV monitoring in the hotel. Room key is not required to access the lift. 24 hours reception. Check in from 3pm & check out at 12pm.

This hotel have a spacious and comfortable lobby with some cushion sittings and friendly check in staff.. I've a little but comfortable room with a single bed, and a clean bathroom with two panels sliding glass doors ran along the length of the room wall with the shower at one end, the wash basin in the center n the toilet at the other end.. I would say it's a very nice bathroom for the price of the room. Plenty of halal n non halal foods stalls n shops just a short walking distance away, and it only takes a 10 minute walk to the KTM train station, the reason I stayed here as i need to catch the 6.20am morning train
