Looking at the hotels recommended on Xiaohongshu, they are really good! ! The hotel is just opposite Songdo Beach, you can walk to the beach when you go out, and the sea view room has a great view! The rooms are also very spacious. The young lady at the front desk of the hotel speaks very good English, and the communication went smoothly. There are quite a lot of restaurants, convenience stores, and cafes downstairs in the hotel. There is also a bar street within walking distance next to the hotel. It is very pleasant to drink some wine with the sea breeze blowing at night.

Everything about the hotel was good but unfortunately, my business schedule was badly impacted because Trip.com super last minute informed me that out of the 4 nights I had pre-book and prepaid, only 2 nights were available. They have to transfer me to another hotel for the remaining 2 nights. I have to check out by 12 noon and can't check in at the other hotel till 3pm.

We loved our stay at Paradise Hotel. Our room had a beautiful ocean view and balcony. It was clean and had toiletries, robes, slippers, coffee, tea, and a mini fridge bar. The temperature was easy to control and adjust to our liking. The outdoor spa, also with an ocean view, was free with our room and the pools with water from local hot springs were clean, relaxing, and beautiful. The breakfast buffet, though pricey, was the best we’ve ever had with both western and eastern cuisines (and again, that beautiful view of the beach!). The staff was very professional, welcoming, and kind.

Really loved staying here. Room was clean and comfortable with a view of the beach. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The outdoor heated pool overlooking the beach was a highlight. The area has many restaurants including some along the beach. Subway station is close. Would definitely stay here again!

Park Hyatt Busan is located in the Haeundae district of Busan, to the North of Busan Station. Getting here cost about 20,000 KRW by taxi. While the hotel is located somewhat far from some of the major tourist attractions like Gamcheon village, the amenities and the service of this hotel were absolutely impeccable. From the moment we alighted from the taxi, porters took our luggage bags and we were whisked to the hotel lobby on the 30th floor. The elevator doors opened to an expansive and impressive view of Busan. The standard deluxe room was very spacious for 2 persons, clean, and luxurious. Everything felt very modern. The sockets were also international, obviating the need for adaptors. The views from the room were fantastic too. The bathroom comes with 2 sinks, a shower equipped with Le Labo soaps, and a bath tub. The toilet was equipped with a Toto Japanese bidet. We will definitely return if we are ever back in Busan.

I have been to many hotels in Busan, but I am very satisfied with this hotel. The swimming pool and outdoor pool were warm and the friendliness of the staff was different from other hotels. I felt very grateful that they tried to do their best when I requested things like adjusting the kids lounge use time or vehicle departure time. And since I have a child, I was a bit concerned about walking around barefoot on the carpet, but was there a turndown service while I was away? Thank you for taking off your slippers and laying them out on the carpet so that you can comfortably replace them. Thank you for checking carefully to see if anything was lacking. Above all, the use of the guest-only lounge bar was great. I think it will remain a very good memory. Thank you. I was very impressed by the consideration given from the user's perspective. We stayed in LH Busan for 2 nights, and the service is attentive without being intrusive. Jason Han from the concierge desk was very professional- he attended to us right from the start, brought our luggage to the room and explained the room to us. When we went to Jason to ask about directions to Gyeongju, he was very patient and helpful in explaining to us the various transportation options to get there, and most importantly ensuring that we understand him. In him you will see the enthusiasm, passion and respect for what he does and it is really rare to see a hotel staff not going through the motion but really going out of his way to care for the guests. Onto the room, what you expect on material comfort in a 5-star hotel are all there.
