Urbanstay Busan songdo Beach

It's just something with something... Let me start by saying that this is not a hotel. Essentially you are renting an apartment. This is a building whose rooms are under the management of different management companies. Urbanstay rooms are: lack of cleaning and all the goodies you get in a hotel. Cleaning services must be booked one day in advance for an additional fee of approximately 20,000 KRW. Water (2 small bottles of water for 2 days in a double room, that is, once every 2 days) will be brought to you upon request. Don't ask, no one will bring anything. Only small towels are changed. Also on request. They will bring all the towels once, leave them at the door and run away. So that you don't see them. Accordingly, the old towels will remain in the room... no one took out the trash for 8 days. Again, room cleaning is an additional fee. But the coolest thing is the air conditioner, which, for some reason, at 10 pm stops cooling and turns on heating. The administration allegedly cannot do anything about this; this is not the season, as the manager explains. In response to my arguments that I felt bad in the stuffy room, they recommended that I drink a cold drink and rent a fan. I had to open the window and despite being on the 7th floor, I woke up bitten by mosquitoes. The only but very significant advantage of this event is the location of the hotel. I had a room with a sea view and it was amazing. Songdo beach is quite far from Hongdae and, having left Hongdae at 22.50, I ended up walking 1.5 hours to the hotel, since I didn’t have time for the transfer bus, keep this in mind when planning your vacation. Also, if you travel by public transport, keep in mind that only taxis go directly to the beach, buses drive up to the 2nd, sometimes 3rd level of the road and this is very inconvenient with luggage.
