I came down to the lobby to have breakfast with the mindset that everything was perfect, and they said there was no jam for toast and that they couldn't replenish it, and that they couldn't replenish milk, so I ate only dry bread (embarrassed).

Really dry air, made me ill. Hated the way the shower was set up attached to the mirror and over the sink. Other than that I thought it was excellent. Washing machine was a huge convenience. YouTube and Netflix can be viewed on the tv. Soft bed. Huge fridge. Balcony (no smoking sign posted). Excellent location, tons of shops around. No daily housekeeping. There is no front desk staff, the key code is emailed to you. If they’d put a small humidifier in the room I’d stay here again

It's a bit far from the center so it's quiet. I like the facilities. It's the cheapest and best hotel in Busan. I'll use it again next time. There's also a convenience store right next to it.

The room is not big, the bathroom is good, the hot water is very good, it is very close to the police station, very close to the subway station, and there are convenience stores around, which is very convenient. Overall, I am very satisfied with the hotel. The only flaw is the attitude of several female staff. It is too average and not like the service attitude that a star-rated hotel should have. It was very difficult to get a bottle of water. The male waiters are nice.

I had been forced to make three separate bookings for a four-night stay at this hotel, and I imagined I'd have to check in and out a couple of times because of this. However, when I checked in and explained the issue, the staff member allowed me to have the same room for all four nights. He and the other staff member who was there during my stay were both extremely kind and helpful, especially since I barely spoke a word of Korean. I have never known such helpful people! The room I got had a double and a single bed, a TV, PC, wifi, fridge, bathrobes, kettle, hairdryer, tea, coffee, hangers, a bidet/toilet, a/c, and a spa bath. The bath was amazing - the time I was in my hotel room, I spent almost all of it in the bath! I hadn't ordered breakfast with my booking, so I didn't get any, but I was able to buy food in, because of the fridge. I booked the hotel to be near the Asiad stadium, which was walkable, so location was great. Yeonsan metro station was a couple of minutes' walk away, and there were convenience stores very nearby too. I was very sad to leave this hotel, and it really made me feel comfortable in a place where I felt like a fish out of water. I'd recommend it to anyone.

The room is not big, but the sound insulation is very good. The worst thing about a hotel like this is poor sound insulation. It is easy to find according to the navigation. The price/performance ratio is not too high. It is no problem to have a good sleep.
