I liked that the room was comfortable. I had a good rest because the facilities were good and the service was good. It was nice to be able to have a simple breakfast and eat it in the room.

It was 6 o'clock check-in, but even though I arrived at 8 o'clock, the room was not ready and was being cleaned. (At the same time, I feel condescending for upgrading) - As soon as you enter the room, the smell of lacquer is very strong, But the room condition was very dirty and nothing was properly prepared. (Bathroom sink, pumping soap full of mold) -There were no basic face wash tools, they said they had them at the time of reservation, but they just didn't have them, they said they forgot. There was not even toilet paper. - From 10 o'clock, the smell of cigarettes continued to emanate from the room. So I checked out the window and tried everything, but the smell of cigarettes started to come from the bathroom. It was so bad around 12:00 that I called the counter, but I doubted the person. I checked outside and asked if I had done everything, I checked and waited and waited until I called, but the response back was to hang up the customer. - The manager (owner) came around 10:00 the next day and told me to talk, so I called around 10:00 and went down to the counter. But even this person doesn't even think about listening to the customer's story. Even though I said it calmly, if you didn't want to listen, your staff didn't have any problems, and we just said that we, who stayed in the room, were sensitive and a problem. Being human hahahaha I keep cutting myself off so I can't say anything, so I'm using it here, but the air purifier in the room is full of dust and doesn't work well. ah ! Even during the cleaning process, there was ramen and gel used on the floor.

It was my first time going there, so why not!

It is not cleaned well. There is a lot of dust on the floor and it smells like cigarettes. It may vary from room to room, but I am unsatisfied.

This is the accommodation I used when visiting Busan on a 2-day, 1-night family trip. The room has been fully used for its own use and is in perfect condition for a short-term family trip. The ciabatta egg ham sandwich served for breakfast seemed light and suitable for breakfast. The staff were friendly and parking was a problem in Busan, so it was nice to be able to inquire at the hotel to find parking. Have a nice trip to Busan.

Overall, it was clean and nice and the staff were friendly.

I used it for one night on a business trip to Busan, and the facilities were new and clean. However, there was a lot of demolition due to nearby redevelopment projects, so there was some noise and it felt like a construction wall.
